Not deliver on date I was told, 2nd delivery date still not deliver. Still waiting

Product was great, after purchase customer service was poor. We ordered the 37mm Zeus pro and was given an estimated delivery date of ~10-15 days later, this date came around and we received an email saying our grass had become obsolete, all communication after this was very blunt and we were offered alternatives. We decided to go for the 35mm alternative offered but then all communication stopped and i had to physically call in-order to finally find out a delivery date. ps. when selecting the 'customer services' number when calling through you go to voice mail but when selecting 'sales' you instantly get through. Person who helped on the phone was great and very helpful though i must say.

Maybe best looking elsewhere they may sell a quality product but they freight and tracking service leaves a lot to be desired was given a slot still waiting to be contacted. Can’t organise any tradesman as I nor grass warehouse have no idea when the 40sq metres will even turn up. Freight company communication is non existent wax told by end of this week might get a delivery date notice the word might ……

Delivery was speedy the, the grass I received was excellent, thought I would be getting an end of roll as it was down as clearance, come on a roll all wrapped which made it easy to lay.

Fast and reliable service with knowledgeable representative s. Excellent customer service throughout my order.

I ordered a sample from these to see what it was like it looked good in the pictures but when it came it wasn’t great. So we went somewhere else

Went to order my grass in 4m wide to be told on chat it was out of stock and the 5m was, with this in mind I paid extra for the 5m wide roll. Well over 3 weeks has passed and still no grass. Numerous emails and calls I keep getting fobbed off. On the phone I was told the had a busy day the day I bought it and ran out. Would be back in stock on the following Monday, well this has been and gone and still no grass. Via emails I jeep getting the same standard we dint know when it's back in stock answer. Asked why I was getting various emails saying grass has been cut followed buy it'd being qa inspected and even a review your experience with us. All automated emails I was told. Feels like grass warehouse are a scam company and I will be getting my credit card company to refund me now. Avoid buying from grass warehouse unless you dont need the grass within a month.

Great value and product

No problems when I had to change delivery date. Well packaged and delivery drivers were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this firm.

I ordered some artificial grass with Grass Warehouse. I found the communications excellent. There was a miss-delivery with the courier company and when Grass Warehouse discovered this they were on the case in no time sorting it out and keeping me updated. I was impressed with their customer service.
