Shopped around for abit and found grass wharehouse for the price. They even gave me a 10% code which was nice. I ordered 32mm but seems thin and not a lot of grain. I haven’t sanded it yet so I’m hoping that will enhance it a little but then I spose you pay for what you get but as a company I cannot fault them. Customer service was spot on and from purchasing to delivery was faultless. They are with you every step of the way and will help anyway they can.
Delivered 2 different type of grasses. my garden job has been ruined. How could you deliver a different product from what the customer ordered? kept asking me to take endless pictures like the ones i sent didnt show the the difference. i am still awaiting response from them before i take them to trading standards and financial ombudsman

After request a delivery date 3 weeks in advance for a Friday/weekend and being assured that would be fine I purchased only for the grass to turn up on a Monday when we wouldn’t be in. The grass itself was so disappointing quality wise. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from these. The plastic pegs for the membrane are also useless and break so wouldn’t bother. If the premium grass that I ordered was one of the best they have I would dread to see the worst. If I was to give advice about ordering I would make sure you get a sample. I ordered what was supposed to be the densest they had and it’s simply not good. I had purchased samples of similar products that were so much better that what was delivered. Like many other reviews I have now seen there were other delivery notes stuck to the grass with other product name on it. I believe they just send you what ever. Overall I would t use these again. Broken promises from the start, not the cheapest and delivered what they wanted. You also can’t just return grass that’s been cut to length without a 25% change and £50 collection. I will be buying again but from ELSEWHERE. £700 down The drain.
