I have waited around 6 weeks and still no delivery.

Up until delivery, this company was fine. How they dealt with my situation was abysmal. The distribution company they use are an embarrassment to the industry. Not only would they not deliver to my house (they had the wrong postcode - yet they would drive past my house to get to the post code they had) ironically, when they did delivery, they went to the post code they originally had and still managed to deliver - I had to pay £50 for the pleasure of a re-delivery though! GrassWarehouse didn’t not want to engage in conversation and when I quoted their terms and conditions to them, their avenue of communication ended. Would not recommend.

The company was very helpful with understanding my needs, they put me on the right course. Delivery was best. Delivery driver was very helpful and courteous as was the company in all my takings to complete my transaction. Give them a call, you won't regret it. Cheers all.

Delay with the delivery. Was expecting to receive it within 7-14 days but took over 4 weeks. Had to cancel planned bbq, garden was out of use for that period. Wasn’t informed about the grass being out of stock or the delay. Only found out about enquiring via their chat service. Once out for delivery, no issues.

Grass was not what ordered poor quality not same quality as sample quality

Great service and product

I was looking to order the Galileo 42mm Artificial Grass which turned out to be a bit of a chew but managed to get it in the end. I dealt with a girl called Vicky from customer services a couple of times she was very good and helpful whilst on the phone but promised to call and email me with updates but I never received either which was very frustrating please don't promise and then not deliver on the promise it is very frustrating.

Terrible customer service - cheap Chinese rubbish

Hard to tell as I did not receive the product ,yet although on Google the company promise nextday delivery and that is why I choose to buy from them,and after they take your money you receive an email that tellyou,you have to wait a week for delivery . Seems they first want to make sure the funds are secured in their account before doing g delivery

Grass was delivered as expected but all the sundries e.g. weed membrane, pegs, glue etc. were missing from the delivery. Delivery guys were rude and just told me to contact the sales dept. and took off. I was promised contact a few days later from courier and they made no contact. All I wanted to do was have a firm date when I could start the project and they left me hanging. When the full delivery was finally made almost a week after the grass delivery, one of the glue cartridges was broken and had solidified and the pegs were missing. The grass itself is a brilliant product but the service and delivery is terrible. If I was doing this again I'd order the grass from GrassWarehouse and get all the sundries from a DIY store.

Good products, kept me updated on delivery.

I ordered 2 lengths of the same grass and it arrived after 10 days. We laid the grass and upon finishing laying the second length we noticed it was different. Different colour, texture and thickness. After contacting the company I have been told there’s nothing they can do as it’s been laid and cut. Of course it has, I’m not a grass expert, the packaging said the same name on both so why would I argue it was different. We spent over £500 and it’s utterly disappointing that we haven’t got the right grass. For all we know we have been sent out grass that would have cost less than what we have paid. Would not recommended!

Gave me a date range and was 2 weeks over , good Astro though however wasn’t even cut to the right size I ordered to I ordered 8m and it was 40mm short now I have to pay my builder to come out again to just make it work for the area which we already prepared for for 8m length

The grass is lovely and came properly packaged , the only trouble we had was waiting for delivery , but kept informed after I had emailed them and delivered afterwards within a few days

Terrible customer service. No communication. Lost my order missed delivery date and just weren’t helpful.
