Really quick delivery and the grass is perfect. Hard to tell whether the grass is really or not.

Ordering process was very good but arranging a specific day for the delivery very difficult, When it did come it’s all all rolled up, when rolled out the next day found it was 50 cm short, overall paid for 5 m role with 7 meters in length and only got 6.5m, short changed!

Can you please call me regarding the grass that was delivered. I have been away and on my return have noticed that the grass delivered is only 4m wide. My initial order was for 4m wide but I rang and updated the order to 5m wide and paid over £80 extra. My customer has now gone to another contractor to get the job finished. I would like to speak to someone regarding a return of the grass and a full refund.

Order #94132GW Offering the two man service for an additional £10 is a steal in the grand scheme of things. Ordered a 6m by 4m which would have been really difficult to get into the garden by myself.

The website was easy to use and the samples were invaluable in helping us to decide which product to use. When queries were raised the team responded quickly and provided all the information needed. It really was a good customer service experience from start to finish.
