The Oder was placed for delivery however the delivery failed on its first attempt however no matter how much evidence we provided to the company they continued to insist that it was our fault that the delivery had not been left at the property, conveniently this was able to be solved by us paying again for a second delivery attempt. Would not recommend this company to anyone that is not at home 24/7 yo take delivery or any delivery to a site.

Delivery was delayed and no notification until i chased. Told 1 fixing item was missing Desperate i said send what you have Arrived 2 days late missing ALL fixings. Quality not the best compared with existing by others.

Delivery date was 2 weeks ago and still waiting for delivery customers fuming and no answer from grass warehouse won’t be using this company again!!!

Do not order your grass from this company, there are plenty of other reputable companies out there...these are not one of them. I ordered 40mm grass the beginning of Aug, 2 weeks later it arrived and it was 20mm. After sending photo evidence to prove it was only 20mm, they agreed to replace it. Replacement grass arrived and it was 30mm, again had to send photo evidence (twice) I have requested a full refund as I can't trust them to get my order right. They're completely ignoring my emails so I have had to contact my bank to start the process of a chargeback. Absolutely disgusting service.

Very poor quality and less thickness as they showed in their website and also bad customer service! Please buyer make sure that you get samples first then order them because even if you want to return you will charge %25 extra!!
