Easy site to use, with great choices

Shocking company. I ordered a sample then 6 weeks later I order the product - they bear no resemblance to each other whatsever. What arrived is a hideous, uniform colour and totally unusable. 'Customer care' say tough - they'd changed it on the product page so that's fine ...... Unbelievable! They are breaking the law by doing this and whilst I've no doubt in the end I will win it is taking up so much time and effort.

Excellent throughout, from ordering to samples and delivery of grass and customer services. Will be using again!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Not being tech savvy the staff helped me get started online. Then next day fixed an error I'd made online by sending to the correct address.

Easy website to use and easy to place an order. Delivery wasn’t too long and delivery men were polite. Really pleased with my grass, easy to fit, good value. Although it’s not the same quality as my previous artificial grass, it’s a bit thinner, however, this could be because this grass is pet friendly and requires more draining. Either way, happy with my purchase.

Grass came when it was meant to come so no late delivery. However we paid 1550 for the Zeus pro from their premium range. Nothing premium about it to say the least we are fuming!! It’s paper thin nothing spongy, it’s like walking on paper! Really regretting our choices we have a sample from another company which was cheaper and the exact same weight and height mm as the Zeus however the other company one is really thick spongy and can’t feel the underneath prept flooring but with the Zeus u can feel it all! So sooo disappointing please look elsewhere before purchasing here!

Purchasing online no issues. Sent an email with a delivery date over a few days and informed I would hear 24 hours before. I contacted them on chat and was informed that the grass was cut awaiting delivery company- deliver 5th-7th. Then got an email stating there was a supply issue and the grass was be here 10th-12th. On the 11th still hadn’t heard anything. Contacted them and informed further delay and it should be sent to delivery for 13th. Complaint put in and received the grass on 13th. Poor communication.

I can always rely on grass warehouse, there was a few hiccups on the last order but they sorted them out pretty quickly so that’s why it’s a good service in my book, The grass is good quality, I would always recommend going for a 38/40+mm grass there better, you might pay abit extra but you have a better job on completion. Still waiting for my order to be delivered. I will not be recommending them.
