Good quality grass, excellent service.

Order placed on website 3/8/24 del date advised 7/8/24. Upon reviewing confirmation del date advised 15th - 19th August. Tried to call customer services multiple time no answer…called sales answered immediately. Adviser said both parts of my order were wrong on their system. Nothing he can do! Refund requested as I had booked annual leave from work! Very disappointed

Quality product, 40mm hiesta. Delivery dates confusing as date I was given for Delivery was not to me but to people who deliver there goods. The only let down.!

Said it was going to be delivered on a specific date which I wanted them changed it to a later date holding me up in a job really I’m happy and no compensation just sorry it that the date

I've used various different artificial grass companies, but your grass just seems to be that bit better. I installed the 42mm zues Pro and it just seems to respond better, even just brushing it up us effort less Would highly recommended grass warehouse products

Missing an item, then basically get called a liar, now waiting for my product to arrive, so whole job is delayed

My experience today was online instant chat whilst looking at the website. I had sent for a set of samples and there were seeming anomalies with the correct labelling of the 4 samples. However after a lengthy to-ing and fro-ing, I can recommend Grass Warehouse because of a caring and persevering member of staff to whom I was "chatting". (Gordin) I hope to purchase within a few days, all being well, on receiving a couple more samples. The artificial grass will be for covering hedgehog houses, to prolong their useful life: that's the houses, not the rescued hedgehogs! Customer Care within a business is a large part of encouraging purchase.

This company are amazing, this is the second time we've bought from them. Communication is excellent, I am autistic with adhd, so I struggle with Web purchases, but this feels more like a family run firm, they were so helpful and understanding. The product is second to none and looks amazing as its being laid. We chose a pale grey turf this time and it's like an outdoor room with a carpet!

I was expecting delivery to be a week not 3 weeks for the amount of money you charged i would have purchased from someone else

This company does not care about the customer whatsoever. If you have managed to rate them more than one star then you have been very very lucky. I ordered the Zeus Pro 43mm paid the deposit and got my delivery dates. In preparation for my grass coming I ordered 5 tonnes of black sharp sand costing me £231.00. I had to shovel this from my drive to my back garden took me all weekend and a lot of back breaking pain. After reading some poor reviews I decided to give the grass warehouse a call to see if all was ok because my grass was due to be delivered the next day, and just give me piece of mind. After speaking to someone on the phone he told me that my grass I had ordered was out of stock and that it was discontinued . If I had not of called I would of been waiting in all day and wasting even more annual leave. How can you sell something you have not got. The grass that I ordered was on sale so I wanted a like for like but at the sale price. Instead I was offered a substandard grass not of the quality I wanted. I am very angry and disappointed because I am now left with a 5 tonne mountain of sharp sand in my garden and nothing to show for my hard work. At this stage I just wanted a refund and cut my loses. Be WARNED using this company is like playing Russain Roulette you might be lucky there again NOT.

Clear info on website about product, pricing, delivery etc. Quality as described and good value for money at each price point

If you want poor quality with shocking service then this is your dream..... 40mm ordered and received 30mm. On approaching the customer service no intrest was given with poor excuses time after time. No refund given, won't deliver the correct artifical. Avoid big time.
