Good website, excellent service all round with a more personal touch than generic e mails! Samples were delivered through the letterbox as promised also very quickly. The grass looks of very good quality and the warranty is very good too. Unfortunately, the one that I really liked, so did everyone else so stock was delayed, and unfortunately we had to look elsewhere as we needed it fairly quickly. I would definitely recommend this company and their grass! Thank you Chris for your personal touch with your e mails! Makes a nice change, and No, I am not a robot! 😃

Please never use this company. I ordered various samples and went ahead and ordered our favourite. It was then delivered and was a totally different grass. I sent many emails with photos and videos attached to state it was the wrong grass. It was only when I created a charge back with the bank that they responded requesting we returned the grass. We returned the grass and never heard anything from them for over 6 weeks. I contacted them regarding the refund for them to tell me they were deducting a 25% cutting fee and £50 for return of the grass that was completely different to the sample. I was told a manager was going to review the photos and videos and i’m still yet to receive the outcome of this! Ive never wrote a bad review about any company but this is a must. Absolutely terrible experience never again!

Used before and quality and price is as always spot on. Normally 5* but unfortunately this time there was an issue with delivery and it was not sorted until I noticed it was 2 Days past the final delivery date quoted. After emailing it took a while to get a clear answer to the issue which turned out to be the grass wasn't in stock and they were waiting for a delivery. Once it was in there stock it was promptly despatched and arrived in 2 Day's as promised

Terrible experience from this company, I spent close to a thousand pounds on astro turf for my garden, it arrived damaged, I sent them pics of the damage but they've refused to take responsibility for it! Pls avoid and buy from more reputable firms instead.

Ordered on the 20th November as it was being put down on the 30th. When I had heard from them at all about delivery date I contacted them via live chat feature. Explained that I wanted my money refunded if they could not deliver by 30th as I had a team coming on that day to prepare the ground and fit. Was assured it would be delivered on time and was given a 2 day window of 27 to 29th of November. Grass did not arrive. Totally unacceptable. The grass I ordered was in stock on their website and now I am £500 down as I had to pay the boys who arrived this morning with a mini digger to install nothing. They are going to have to come back again when it is delivered to screed the sand and lay the turf.

Stay away..!!! This company in my view should rate the worst when it comes to advertising and malpractices. It started great, with Chris giving all the required over a phone call and taking the order. The delivery was fine and on time. Now the fraud starts. When the fitter measured the grass it was a full 4 cm (3.96 mt wide as against 4 mt as advertised) short. So with 2 rolls now I am 8 cm short. I took pictures and video and I called their customer services, to be told by Keighan that its within tolerance limits and there is nothing he can do. When asked how to raise a complaint, I was told to sent an email to their sales email. First time in my experience, the sales team manages a complaint about the sales team. As there was no other solution in sight we installed the grass (but we took pics before the install as proof) At no point during the sales call did Chris mention about tolerance or the fact that I should consider ordering more. I spoke to him and even he confessed that they dont give that information on the phonecall. How pathetic..!! I am now left with exposed borders. Now enter this complaints handler Shelly who asked me the same questions and proof. Upon review she said that its within UK tolerances level and now that its been installed they can't validate that it wasn't cut and they can't do anything. The fact was that it was installed as the first person said that they can't do anything plus why would anyone cut a piece short and create exposed borders? Now I have emailed her pics of the roll before it was installed so lets see. I will take this up with trading standards and credit card. Companies like this should be banned. I want to warn you all to avoid this company at all cost and save your money.
