Good service. Put in order and got a delivery date range (3 days, Mon, Tue, Wed) in the middle of that range (Tue) I still hadn't heard anything further about the delivery. Contacted Grass Warehouse and they got it sorted with the courier, don't know what happened, but it arrived the day after the 3 day range (Thurs), so was able to get it fitted on the Friday.

I placed an order that someone then cancelled. I got that resolved and was assured it would not changed original delivery timescale. Not true My delivery should be today, Monday or Tuesday but have had no confirmation, by which I can only assume it will be Tuesday as today is Friday. As a result have had to stand down team doing back garden, not sure when this will be done now. More communication required or the tracking link to work, so you know when to be at home (day) for delivery

My experience with this company has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered turf online, with an estimated delivery time of the following week. However, I received no updates until I called to inquire, only to be told it wouldn’t be dispatched until the week after. Communication with them was nearly impossible. When the turf finally arrived, it was left rolled up due to heavy rain. Upon unrolling it, I noticed what seemed to be defects in the plastic. I reached out to Grass Warehouse via phone and email but received no response for almost a month. Eventually, they claimed the issue was a burn and agreed to replace the turf. I disputed their claim and continued to face silence until I called again, only to be met with further refusal to address the defect. After consulting with my gardeners and Amex, it was confirmed that the problem was not a burn but rather defects throughout the turf. I strongly advise avoiding this company—there are better options available!

Not a great experience. This is the second time I have bought grass from them, the first time was fine. The problem this time around was that their website is somewhat misleading in relation to the widths of the rolls supplied. They state for example, 4m wide, but on receipt its only 3960mm wide which is apparently within their tolerances. I had a patio laid that left a gap in the middle for a 4m roll to fall into place so this come up short which has caused all sorts of problems. On top of that, the grass had a fault going through a section and a hole, likely by a forklift, in one end. Their customer service then completely fell apart (all they do is point you to their T&C's) to the point where I had to threaten them with a small claims court. In the end I claimed back the cost from my credit card so I can now go and find some grass that fits and is not faulty. My advice is to be careful if the measurements are required to be exact and to pay on a credit card so you have some legal recourse.

Didn't know where this company was based, but it didn't matter they could supply. I phoned them and wasn't sure what I wanted, but they put me at ease with their helpfulness and knowledge. Delivery went smoothly and kept me informed as to where they were.

Very pleased overall. Grass seemed very good quality. Paid a lot for postage but it came a day late which was a little inconvenient but I would buy again.

I made a mess of my order and ordered wrong size. Company were so helpful and rushed through my replacement order. Great service from start to finish and quality product. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Seemed prompt dispatching the order, however the courier correspondence was poor and missed the delivery date by a week, the product is good and looks like good value

Grass length supplied was cut too short and not within tolerance as stated in terms and conditions. Be careful using the grass calculator as this will not include the tolerance when it recommends your quantities. The grass ordered seemed slightly different (lower quality standard) than the sample sent. I have used this company before (2 years ago) for artificial grass and had no issues but feel they have met expectations on this occassion for that reason. Other than that, order fulfilment was done in a timely manner.

Someone cancelled my order, which was then reinstated the following day and although I was assured my order would not be delayed, it is now delayed

Artificial grass looks like good quality, however delivery time later then expected and tracking of order was non-existent with a link that did not work.

The whole experience was just easy. A great website followed by good delivery communication meant we purchased a new lawn with no hassle at all. Very happy.

Despite twice saying they had sent samples nothing ever turned up we have gone elsewhere now.
