Great Quality Product. This was my first time attempt at install artificial grass and i reached out to GW for advice and guidance which their customer support team were happy to provide. Garden now looks amazing. Would have been 5-Stars but they forgot to send the adhesive :0(

The product I received weighs 35% less than advertised on their website, and the quality is deplorable. There’s no point in mentioning their sample service when they publish one thing and send something completely different. When I reached out to customer service, they dismissed my concerns and blamed the scale or weight distribution instead of addressing the real issue. On top of that, they informed me that returning the item would cost 50% of the roll’s value plus a £50 collection fee, despite the false advertising. I’m considering reporting this to Trading Standards. Do not buy from them—they’re misleading and untrustworthy!

Everything posible went wrong with this company. Got a sample from their branch and made an online order after they shut Liverpool warehouse. After delivery been delayed, of course what they sent didn’t match the sample even closely, refused to pick the order and it sent backwith the couriers. Now I’m fighting with the their audacity and ignorance to get my money back for more than a month. It is really a sh*t show!

very quick to process order but failed with the delivery side of things - given dates for delivery but someone did not check with the carriers who are nothing to do with the supplier

Appalling service relating to delivery Told it would be 30/10 to 01/11- no delivery, no communication. I contacted 1/11, said I would have to cancel, as unavailable next week. Told I would lose 50% for their "costs" if I cancelled. I asked for confirmed date next week, said I couldn't do Tues/Thurs Fri, got message saying delivery would be Tues! Talked to delivery firm direct, delivery not yet scheduled, they would try Weds or Fri.Appalling service from GW, not putting customer first.

Stock levels and delivery dates offered not met This was a completely chaotic and terrible service from start to finish. I ordered a roll of grass on 23rd October that was listed as being IN STOCK with 2-3 day delivery. This was needed for a Halloween display. I chased it up on the 28th October stressing the urgency and got a one line email back telling me I’d get it *sometime* between 30th October and 1st November. I’ve just received an email from the courier telling me they’ve only just got it in their warehouse today (1st Nov) and will be in touch in 48 hours to arrange a delivery. An absolute shambolic service. I’ve told them to cancel my order but I doubt I’ll hear anything from them!

After rolling the grass out i noticed quite obviously 'tram lines' and on closer inspection i could see that the grass was indeed faulty and i could clearly see the backing through it in places. On contacting the company with the issue all i have received so far is delay delay delay. It would appear that they are not interested in solving the issue but instead resorting to delays in the hope that i forget about the issue. In my opinion a quite unprofessional approach to customer issues. Please consider before using this company.

very very poor do not order from this company, took an order from me when product was out of stock! didn’t inform me till i contacted after expected delivery date. grass courier company were awful , grass arrived ripped . grass warehouse refused to refund me told me my refund was in the hands of courier company, offered me a repair kit for a £700 piece of grass. awful do not use. notice how their customer service number you can’t get through to but if you press 1 for sales they answer first time .

Just had a great experience ordering from Grass warehouse, there was a bit of a mix up on ordering, but Chris sorted it out and the delivery was on time. The 2 lads even put the grass where I needed it. 10/10

Been dealing with Chris and Becky and the team from sales@grasswarehouse on my landscaping and artificial grass requirements currently working through 2 from 3 garden projects where I am receiving first class service and help in choosing my grass for my gardens. I am really impressed with the choice and quality standard of the grass delivered to my property it looks fantastic when down and my neighbours are thrilled with the look of it, thanks Chris for all your continued support in getting me towards my project end goal 👍 Mark b in shiremoor Newcastle upon toon !!

Very poor quality, can see through all the way to the fabric underneath. I do not recommend. I would have been better off spending an extra £100 and buying a better product. Return would cost me extra shipping and hassle of being at home for collection so I took one on my chin. Please go elsewhere. To an answer to your reply below: you sample DOES NOT match your product and that is the whole point of this review.

update I have filled a court order, Company is a joke- clearly proved that the listing said "premium" advisor on the phone said its a budget product, so admitting its falsely advertised. still wanting to charge for me to return. advise you all to stay away They say they have a returns procedure but they are mis selling products Clowns

Terrible customer service! Have been trying to resolve an issue since May 2024 re receiving an order with a slice in the middle - which they claimed was caused by us and it absolutely was not. We also paid extra for next day delivery and it came 2 days later. This was our 2nd purchase from this company whereby the 1st was fine, but the 2nd one was awful quality and was damaged and delivered late. I’ve emailed several times and used live chat. My husband called them and they were useless and the issue is still unresolved almost 5 months later!

Very simple to use website Delivery on schedule and the product quality is nice!
