Amazing service and quality product

Delayed deliver as out of stock even though called me 3 times to push order through . Grass then arrived damaged with a slit/cut about 10 inches long and also didn’t look like correct grass very pure density for a 2500kg weighted grass ( also online only showed 5m width available though somehow delivered me a 4m width .

I've ordered 16m2 underline for my artificial grass. My garden sizes for artificial grass is 3mx5m =15m2. Should be more than enough. After more then 1 week leater after delivery (who was cut in one size not prepacked in factory, but done by someone in warehouse manually cutted in one pcs - can't tell if there is enough or not by the delivered pack of ruled up underline). At the day when I was fitting in pcs by pcs underline I discovered that there is not enough and covers only 14m2. I wrote the email to the grasswarehouse my issue where they after email requested from me a pictures with the tape measure sizes and garden overall pic. what I did. It was covering two full length of 5.05m long and underline was 1.37m wide and a bit in the corner leftover. All ready cutted and laid in and by my calculation came out 14.1m2. After 1 day silence got the email back telling me that they can't do anything in first place that it is cutted by me and second it is 7 days past delivery time. From my understanding the underline what they cutted in first place wrong and not prepacked in factory can't be cutted by customer before you do straight away measuring somewhere after delivery to be sure if there is correct m2 qty what you ordered (example if I be ordering 50m2 they are expecting me to lay out somehow and measure overall length and calculate if there is correct m2 qty delivered and you have given only week to rise the issue or return) Instead to send out missing 2m2 of underline what probably be a 1.45m long what you can fold and put in small box and send to me decided make them self look stupid "the company who don't know how to calculate correct m2 and hiding behind ridiculous roles". If you buy something definitely check on the delivery if there is all what you ordered in the first place to have a chance to turne away, if you don't like something, or after you not will have a chance.

I ordered the samples of grass on Monday, received on Wednesday.I phoned to order on Friday, the grass came on the Friday, a week later.The driver and his mate were helpful.The whole experience was perfect.Now that is what I call a professional service.I am a very happy customer 🥰
