Phone call at 16.20 telling me the grass I had ordered wasn't in stock and now wasn't being stocked as a 5 meter roll. I ordered it on Friday evening, got told Saturday it was being cut and then I confirmed delivery to then be called saying it wasn't in stock and would I mind being sent a different grass without seeing a sample, man on the phone was helpful and I understand it's not his fault, let's hope the samples are as good as what we wanted with the first grass.
I bought artificial grass in the sale it was delivered quickly and I was very pleased with the quality of the grass it’s now down and it looks great I would definitely recommend this seller and I would use them again

They are stingy and sell a few tens of cms length shorter than requested. Apparently your are supposed to measure the whole lot you have received by the inch before you lay it which is practically impossible. It's impossible to reach to their sales team on call and even if you do, they don't accept tnd own the responsibility. Horrible experience!

We were kept informed regularly about delivery, the day of delivery we had a 3hr slot ,they arrived within 40 mins and received a phone call about 20 minutes before drop off .The delivery guys were polite and helpful and it was well wrapped .The grass is excellent quality and looks and feels great 👍
