The job was for a friends garden. He chose the grass and I did the rest. It was easy to change the cuts on the site to better suit the dimensions of the garden. Cost seemed very reasonable and arrangements for delivery were quick. Was contacted at exactly 7 am by the driver saying would be on site in 20 mins which he was. Three rolls of the grass left on the side driveway as requested. Everything went so well. I don’t do many artificial grass jobs but any future jobs I will be suggesting the customer visits the Grasswarehouse site and gets a few samples.

Ordered my grass over the phone. Explained the dimensions of the garden and why I needed the two different lengths. When the grass arrived, the two parts of the garden were a different orientation so looked awful when laid next to each other. I informed them, and suggested I could by the grass I needed and that as a gesture, due to their mistake, they could possibly discount the next purchase. Instead of this, after months and months of awful customer service I was told ‘we cannot offer any further resolve to this matter’. This is with me asking to ‘buy’ more grass. Don’t disappoint yourself….. Find another company!

The Grass Warehouse website features some attractive looking images of artificial grass that would compliment any garden, patio, terrace or outdoor space. Unfortunately, what is reflected online doesn't even come close to the actual grass supplied, based on my own personal experience. The original advertised prices would indicate that it's all good quality products. Therefore, the discounted prices do seem very inviting... until it's delivered and then you find out exactly what your money has bought! I have never seen such poor quality artificial grass, even compared to a cheap bargain shop that had one piece barely a few millimetres in thickness. I'm not even sure how best to secure the wafer thin grass, as no doubt any type of secure fixings would simply rip through it like tissue paper! My conclusion is that the company probably sends something different from what they advertise in their description, leaving you completely dissatisfied. Alternatively, the poor quality grass may be totally unsuitable for your needs or possibly damaged, resulting in you being unable to use it as intended. Whatever the circumstance, they have a return collection fee of £50 (as opposed to the £20 dispatch fee), along with a 25% cutting fee deduction. This is quite a mark-up for every customer who wishes to return their goods. Reading the other reviews, the aftersales customer support doesn't sound too promising either! If you have a decent credit card company, I would suggest disputing the charge and rely on their dedicated team to cover your transaction cost... so at least you're not out of pocket with a worthless piece of grass. I would definitely pay a bit more and feel confident of receiving something of better quality.
