Amazing customer service from Peter Have spoken to Peter twice on the phone for both a quote and finalising payment, he was extremely helpful on both instances and made the journey easy for someone who has no knowledge on artificial grass. Awaiting delivery of the actual grass, but having seen the samples I have no doubt it will be perfect for my garden.

Order to delivery was a very reasonable 10 days. Price was the best I could find and that in no way affects the quality of the grass…I am very happy with it! Delivery guys were very polite and called half hour ahead.

I am really pleased with my order and it was very easy to order the grass and Membrane and all the pegs and nails needed, even putting your measurements on the website and having it calculated for you was very straight forward. The items arrived on the date i selected and paid extra for and the grass looks very nice down, it has completely transformed my garden. I would have given 5 stars however i have knocked a star off because the pegs were missing from the order to hold the membrane. I contacted customer service to advise them to which were not very helpful, i was told i would receive a call back which did not happen. I had to go out and buy the pegs to start laying the Membrane. I did eventually receive a refund however this is where the other star has been lost because the refund received was not th amount i paid for the pegs i received less back, however given my earlier encounter with customer services I wasn't going to be calling back. Such a shame as the grass itself is lovely.

GOOD PRODUCT

The buying process was easy, and I took advantage of the facility to opt for two smaller cuts as these would be easier to lay. The area to be covered is 10 metres by 2 metres, so two 5m x 2m were ordered. However, I actually received one 5m x 2m, and one 5m x 3m. This meant that I had to trim a full 5 metre length of excess, which proved a difficult task as the grass is not easy to cut.

Given wrong information about delivery said would arrive next day then when speaking to customer service they said 5 day had an email saying Tuesday no grass I received a email that evening at 10.20 saying someone would contact me to arrange dropping my grass in next 48hrs it arrived 6.20 12 day after ordering
