So before ordering our grass I checked the reviews on here and felt confident we’d be ordering a great product. Our garden had Namgrass down for 8 years which looked great, felt great and has a thick underlay similar size to what would sit under your carpets so super comfortable to walk on. Unfortunately, our builders ruined it when they did our extension so I searched online and found the Grass Warehouse. Ordering was quick and easy, the price was reasonable and so many good reviews…. But… the quality is beyond poor. The underlay is waffer thin, and if you clumb the grass its thinly spread and feels like you are walking on hard plastic. We’ve only had it down 2 months and our kitchen is constantly covered in fake grass as its coming out left right and centre!!!! I’ll be making a complaint to customer service and wish I could post a photo on here so people could see for themselves. We went for a mid range product but either way, really disappointed and should have stuck with a trusted brand!

These guys are absolute jokers, do not use! I ordered 6m x 4m of Astrea 30mm artificial grass on 9 May, which was delivered on 15 May. I ordered this size because I needed exactly 6m x 3.5m. When I unpacked and unrolled the product it had been cut to 5.85m, rendering it useless for my project. After submitting pictures and video to Grass Warehouse, they agreed to collect and replace the product. Collection and replacement was scheduled for 21 May. I was expected to have put the artificial grass back on the roll. If you’ve ever tried to put that length of product back on a cardboard roll, on your own, in a space smaller than the size of the product, you’ll know it’s impossible! After much discussion between the delivery company and the supplier they decided to fold the grass and complete the return. The replacement product arrived on a Tuesday. On Saturday 25 May I unpacked the replacement product to continue with my project, only to find that I’d been seen off for 15cm for the second time! In fact this time it was actually only 14cm, with the length cut at 5.86m, again rendering it useless! Being a BH weekend and Grass Warehouse only open during the week, I had to wait until the following Tuesday for a response to my second email of complaint. I was again offered a replacement and £50 compensation but by this time my trust in this company is gone so I request a collection of the second faulty product and a refund. Collection can’t be arranged until 3 June and this shambles of a company refuses to process my refund until the collection is complete and the faulty product received back at their warehouse. This means that I can’t order replacement product from an alternative supplier until 4 June at the earliest, assuming that they process my refund swiftly! My wife and I both work full time and have a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Time is a precious commodity as is a usable outdoor space. Not only have I taken wasted time off work to complete this project, but it is now 3 weeks behind schedule and I now have to find alternative time to fit replacement product. All of this because these cowboys can’t measure, cut and deliver a 6m length of artificial grass…TWICE!! Thanks for nothing Grass Warehouse 🤬

Good product very easy to install and good quality

I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with Grass Warehouse. Before I placed my order I chatted via their live web chat with a very polite and helpful guy called Chris. He not only answered my question but gave me a code I could use at the checkout! After I placed my order, I exchanged a number of emails with a lady called Shelly; she was always polite, courteous and very professional. Now, what you all want to know, the artificial grass is amazing, the most realistic I have ever seen. When it was first unrolled it looked very flat, and did not look anything like the grass I ordered, but after giving it a brush, it really came to life, now it looks brilliant, even better than the photo advertising it!

sent the wrong grass denied it said if i sent it back would charge me £50 and 25% cutting fee so was left with rubbish grass customer service terrible

Easy to order quality samples

Really pleased with the grass quality, slightly annoying the roll size was cut 20cm smaller than I ordered and delivery was slightly disappointing as it was cancelled twice but the delivery team where very helpful when it did get here.
