Good value grass, I went for the lower pile height as it makes it easier to sweep and blow away the pine needles from my trees. The delivery people were very friendly and helpful. All round a good company to deal with.

Would definitely use this company again. Really efficient service, I got a text when my delivery was going to be and a 2 hour time slot. I also contacted them on their online chat service and someone called me right back. I had ordered wrong and asked if it was possible to change what I needed and they sorted it out for me. I would recommend this company to anyone

Poor quality grass

I can't put zero? You are literally destroying the environment. Please have a change of heart and move into more ecologically friendly gardening avenues. Check out Plymouth University's page on the problems with artificial grass (won't let me link).

The customer service I received from Vicky made this 5 star review! I made a mistake in my order and didn’t order enough grass, she solved the problem and helped resolve it quickly. She was kind, funny and so friendly. My gras is also lovely quality and looks lovely laid out.

BEWARE! This company admits to sending me the wrong product and yet still wants to charge me a returns fee and 25% cutting fee. Over a week of calls and emails as well as "personal promises" of a call back from the manager James and NOTHING! Apparently he works when he wants and doesn't need to bother with the day to day (his staff's words, not mine) Do yourself a favour - GO ELSEWHERE!

Good choice good price dealt with promptly

Chris was amazing! So helpful and always there to answer any queries. He went above and beyond to make the buying process as easy as possible, going to the warehouse to send me pictures of the different grass types I was interested in, as Royal Mail were having issues with deliveries of the samples. He even got in touch with me to tell me I hadn't used the best discount code for my order and overwrote the one that was automatically applied. I couldn't recommend Chris more.
