The delivery was fairly quick and informed. The grass has been fitted for two weeks now and as it's been placed on top of a piece of decking there's no chance of slipping, as when the decking got slippery after rain. So much safer, looks good too. Though remember that it will stay wet for a while after rain.
When the grass turned up in a nice roll and well packaged. I unrolled it and the grass pile was very flat and took ages with my electric broom to get the pile up. It's not as nice as the grass I got from a different company as that was more density to it when you stand on it
Ordered on the phone , staff couldn’t of been more helpful, delivered on day requested, easily tracked journey and driver went the extra mile to help unload Will be ordering from them again , product was great

Delayed me in my work to install the artificial grass by 2 days didn’t deliver on the day which was paid for no apologies or anytbing quite poor if I’m honest was on hold for 42 minutes and nothing
