I ordered 40 mm grass. Sending me something less then 30 mm . Keep saying me to brush and leave to " grow" For returning police ask me for £50 fee plus an extra cutting fee! Ridiculous !!! Bad company ever!!! Scamm !

Wasn’t sure which product I wanted so I ordered a couple of samples, a couple of days later the team rang me and offered to send some other samples of different types and I am glad they did! The original ones I ordered was not was I was expecting, they were the cheaper ones, but the more expensive samples definitely showed me that it was worth paying for a better product. Ordering was a very smooth process and delivery was super quick. I installed the artificial grass myself, was quite easy as long as you do you research. I love the look and feel of the articulated grass and I am so pleased with the product and service.

Spoke to them on the phone to place an order. They gave me good sound advice and I was more than happy to place an order.. very happy 😊
The took an order for an out of stock product. They then offered me an alternative that was cheaper and was not the same quality, despite the email stating it was…( I wonder how many customer have fallen for this). REFUND was processed promptly but overall disappointed. When asked when it would be back in-stock I was told next year.
