No communication at all. Chased and chased. Eventually it turned up but i dont rate the quality. I wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered the hestia grass and I'm very happy with it . And to be able to buy with divide buy makes it also very affordable. Only time will tell how well it lasts but can't vault grass warehouse from order to delivery

Bought the grass online and was given the delivery date. Excellent communications throughout the purchase to delivery. Grass is very good quality and feels fantastic underfoot. Excellent service and product. Thumbs up, way much better than Grass Direct whos sevice and customer care is the worst ive ever seen.

Had a few queries and got through Chris who was really helpful and knowledgeable, helped me with some samples and I’m sure I’ll follow this up with an order - great service!

Very quick to respond and help offered…couldn’t fault them

They delivered the wrong size and refused to take it back or swap it out. They offered me a patch at an extra £100 and were of no help whatsoever. I asked PayPal to intervene on my behalf and received a refund. Would never ever use this company again. Terrible customer service. Accused me of cutting the grass too short! Why on earth would I sabotage my own grass? Dishonesty on their part and complete refusal to assist me. I wished I’d read all the other terrible reviews before using them. The reviews are true.

Second To None.

Carpet no 1 of 2 had a 150mm cut near the centre near the end as it was unrolled and also had a puncture about 7cm in diameter further on. Upon informing customer services I was informed that I must have cut it myself unpackaging the roll and they were sorry but couldn't help at this time. Shocking service once they have your money and would say do not let the delivery driver leave until you fully inspect your order as any faults will not be accepted afterwards. Will not use again.
