I detest computer snd internet apps. Bi always forget password despite keeping pieces of paper in my phone cover. I have problem with the phone too but nothing is too troublesome fir the staff when I call without my account number as I don’t have the skill to speak on the phone snd click to other places such as e mail with the info on it! Nothing worries me as long as I speak to a human being. Thank you so much .

Too long to wait before you answered and between departments. Both operatives I talked to were good.
When I called Goto the lines were busy and I requested a call back which they did and answered all my questions. Went on comparison sites but Goto energy was still the best. They send reminders each month for readings and easy to login to my account, I have never had any problems since changing to Goto.

Like another reviewer on here, I am a homeowner at my address for 20 years with a clean credit history yet was refused an account to a 'poor credit rating' and asked for 3 months payment in advance. I decided to turn the table and perform my own credit check on Goto Energy and having changed their name 3 years ago (same directors), no accounts filed between 2018 and 2020 (dormant in 2019?), it transpires that Experian state their credit risk is 'above average' and with a shocking balance sheet to boot. Since I'm not about to bankroll any company so for the sake of a 59p p.m. saving, I'll head to e.on - which is probably just as well since I highly doubt that goto.energy will be in business 12 months from now to honour any fixed rates that I'd wanted.
Everything has been good since I first signed up with goto.energy. No problems.
I have always found goto company prompt with their bills and swift to respond quickly to any queries I have had. Long may it continue!

Very easy to switch tariffs
I am renewing with Go To as competitive tariffs last year & this, even though all suppliers (inc. GoTo) have gone up in price considerably. Good customer service, easy to get through & renew. Plus they can now connect to my SMART meters so no more readings to be taken.
Helpful and very quick service unlike Scottish power where I was waiting 58 minutes for my call to be answered by a member of Scottish Power, dreadful!
