The renewal letter came in good time, and the available options were clearly presented. The fixed rate tariff was competitive and I had no doubts in taking up the offer. It was good to be able to continue enjoying good service at the right price.
Very efficient - Great communication, send regular e-mails when it is time to provide meter readings, my last supplier did not do this, so I kept forgetting to send them in. Provide bills by e-mail soon after. Highly recommend this company. Just received a thank you for my review, first time this has ever happened with any review I've written.
