Everything went smoothly on my switch from Scottish Power. Very clear and helpful emails and website, and the simple app is great for meter readings. Just had my first bill and again it's on time, accurate, simple and clear. I liked having the bill emailed to me so no need to download it as with previous suppliers. Well done goto.

Our experience has been very positive. We have saved £600 during the first year on a fixed term contract. Reading the meters each month helps to keep a close eye on the usage. Contact with customer service is easy, with call centres in the UK.

I was appalled at the huge rise in my monthly direct debit for my next year's contract! I have not had huge amounts of debt with them & have been massively in credit until the last 2 or 3 months! The girl I spoke to was a bit offhand!.

during my change of tariff process, I asked 2 questions which were not answered. I am an existing customer and will again remain with GOTO energy till 2022. However I don't understand why my tariff would be cheaper if I opted to select the tariff through another website. They were offering a £25 cashback after 3 months. Not sure why it is cheaper for a customer to leave then rejoin via another website.

Been with goto.energy.energy a year and continuing again as my bills been much better hopefully they still do and easy to do online to do your meter readings. Very happy customer.

Have had no problems and obviously your rates for energy 12 months ago were excellent. Need a new contract as my existing one ends in May 2021. GOTO are still one of the cheapest.

Goto - Straightforward to deal with. I selected Goto to supply our gas and electricity after switching with Which. We use more gas and electricity than average and Goto were competitive but also were rated as "good to deal with" by Which. A year on I have just renegotiated a new contract with Goto. Again they are competitive and the whole process was conducted very amicably. I particularly like the monthly billing which limits surprises and they are happy to use my meter readings, so I feel more in control than I have done with any other company.

Excellent service from very helpful operator on the customer service 0800 helpline when I called about changing gas tariff when current year's tariff comes to an end. I preferred to do this talking to someone as opposed to arranging it on line. The confirmatory emails arrived within a few minutes, and are exactly as expected.
