Great customer service
go-to are a good company. The only real gripe I had was being required at one point to spend quite a lot of time taking photo's of my meters, scanning them and then sending them as an attachment in an email back to them. Can't help but think that they didn't believe my readings. However they said that was not the case and insisted that they couldn't find my previous info. Ok right? They lost a star for that.
Renewed my tariff today and It couldn't of gone smoother. Was told by Bill buddy to switch From goto to Bristol energy That I would save money how Wrong were they. So I phoned goto energy and they were very Professional and so helpful. Customer service agents were brilliant can't fault them at all. Will stay with goto energy for The near future as long as prices Stay good.

Spoke to Annie today at goto energy, who answered the phone straight away. She quoted me a great price for dual fuel on the phone, so I decided to join. She was really helpful, explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions, so all was set up easily. The app is also really easy to use and simple to submit meter readings.
