Whole experience with Goto.energy Energy has been first class. I have just renewed for another year and this was very easy to do. Prices appear very good in comparison with other companies.

great service/ excellent team / but end of contract has a sting in the tail if you wish to continue with this company and you are anything OVER £500 pounds/ that is the only amount they will return you. so cancel and i presume you fulfil your contract you will get a refund after your finishing date. stay with them and let your excess run down sure i could have used this money for something more worthwhile / i should have asked if i could have cancelled got my money back and start with them again/ slipped my mind / i guess this is what the price is for great customer service. after all come january they would have had our readings and told us our new monthly payments. sad

About 2 months into contract I had a query and 'offensive reply. I took it read as an inexperienced person. I don't suffer fools gladly - he got a full broadside. Apart from that - no issue all year and was therefore happy to stay and renew for next year.

Brilliant company moved both my home supplies to this company, had to make 2 calls this week to set up the new accounts and pass on the meter readings and the phone was ANSWERED IN 4 MINUTES !!! fantastic The staff where able to help me and organise setting up the online account also, very helpful very friendly, would definitely recommend this energy supplier brilliant.
