I have just changed from go to.energy to Scottish power as my term had come to a end and my energy advisor changes my energy every year to the cheapest BUT I MUST SAY WITH MY HAND ON MY HART YOU ARE THE BEST ENERGY COMPANY I HAVE HAD you told me and kept me in touch with every thing you were doing in advance.Thank you for a year of trouble free supply you certainly looked after me.

Yes, getting a good deal is very important in this day and age. However, when that is combined with excellent customer service, it's a complete win! Speaking to a person with a personality who can not only explain everything to you in detail but has the patience to cope with someone who is simultaneously home-schooling, working and trying to renew their energy contract; i couldnt recommend Go-to Energy highly enough. This is our second year with them.

I switched to GOTO about a year ago as the service from my previous supplier was poor. GOTO have done what they promised. I read the meter each month and am able to get an accurate bill quickly. I had an e mail advising that the contract was about to expire, I telephoned and renewed in a matter of minutes with the help of a first class member of staff.thank you.

Phone conversation was pleasant, very helpful and was told how and when my fixed tarrif would start. I am definately going to stick with this company for another year.

This is the "No fuss" energy company, they are accurate, do what they say they will do, give detailed and timely bills and projections. I have just renewed our combined fuel contract with them for another year. The web site is very good, and the customer service helpful and prompt.

Was expecting to make a switch but having gone through that process I found that the best deal was through GoTo given that my decision was price sensitive. Hence I am pleased to stay with GoTo for a further 12 months

goto.energy is a UK based (Home Counties England from staff's accents) energy supplier that was able to offer a clear and concise duel plan for my Gas&Electricity. The staff were polite, helpful and to the point, the company also offered a 'next day' call back system during their busy times, which was honoured. goto.energy has an eye friendly website and I was very pleased with the actual price I had to pay, there are also monthly updates. I am unable to see a reason why I shouldn't award goto.energy 5 stars, so I would definitely recommend this supplier.

I was moved to GoTo by LOOK AFTER MY BILLS & unfortunately after having no problems for 9 months money started going out of my account to another energy provider. LAMB didn't seems interested in sorting this out & I waited 40 minutes on 6 separate calls just to be answered & all gave me different answers. GoTo were FANTASTIC when I rang them & immediately found the problem by looking on the National Grid & saw I was paying a bill for my neighbour I've decided to stay with GoTo for the forseeable future as they went far beyond their duty to help & it really did sort out a very difficult situation. Well Done GoTo!

Have been very pleased with them in the last year and so just renewed for another year. Very easy to deal with the account both via phone or using the app. The odd occasions that I have needed to speak to a person has always been easy and pleasant to do. Special mention today to Annie who was very helpful and a credit to the company

My own renewal investigations into other Suppliers indicated that goto.energy is still coming up the best deal for my particular household's usage! I didn't have to wait too long to have my phone call answered in order to renew onto the new Fixed rate tariff that suited me for the next 12 months. It was a very straightforward process and the gentleman who dealt with my renewal was most helpful and answered all of my questions in detail to my satisfaction. My only real criticism is that your Customer Service is only open during normal office hours (reportedly closing at 17:30 UK time). An improvement would be to offer longer opening hours, when it would be more convenient to call in the future.

GoTo Energy have provided an excellent service during our first year with them from the very start as they organised a very efficient transfer from our existing supplier. They are very easy to contact on the phone and by email and issue reminders every month so you don’t forget to supply your meter readings. Value for money over other suppliers is excellent. Could not fault any aspect.
