I have rated you average because of my recent concerns with regards to the balance in my current tariff which is due to change to NEW tariff on 3feb2021.Your response was to read the small print together with an unclear solution which would need to be addressed some two months into the new tariff. I am still awaiting reply to my recent e-mail. At this time I would not recommend your company to members of my family who in the current crisis need to be careful where finances are concerned.
I just renewedmy accountwith Goto energy. The person who helped me was very polite, helpful and fixed my problem. I would be very happy using this service again.
