Once I could speak to your agents the service was excellent. But getting through to you on the telephone was a first class pain in the rectum. Having said that your agent called me a couple of nights ago and he was also very good but I was unprepared. Its in the contacting from the customer end that you have the problem. I have spoken to 3 agents all very good

I am a new customer to goto energy ~ so far, so good! It's nice that telephone calls are answered quickly and efficiently as opposed to my previous provider British Gas. Goto staff are friendly and most helpful, and I have been impressed by both Simon and Summer who have handled my queries to good effect! Good service so far, I will wait for the savings on my energy bills to start "rolling in"

Great customer service
Truly appalling, increase my DD within 3 months of joining, whilst I am actually in credit. You recognise this should not have happened so early in the account term but unlike other providers, you are unwilling / not able to fix this. Threaten to fine customers if they cancel their DD. Shocking- one of the worst service experiences ever. You seem to be using the Direct Debit system purely in your own favour and not willing to support your customers, always bad but in a pandemic! Waiting for GoTo Energy to respond to this and will post a further update Further update - after raisign a formal complaint - they were very proactive, resolved the matter and accepted they should not have increased the monthly amount i pay so quickly Matter resolved

Unclear about the initial security deposit and falsy led me to believe I would get it back before the end of the contract. Make sure you have worth three months of energy on your bank account to pass the credit check as they wont tell you that (having less is likely the case when you have a shared house account...)
My fixed rate tariff with goto.energy was about to expire so I checked several switching websites without finding a better tariff. I therefore phoned goto energy, was quickly put through to a very helpful representative and switched to a new fixed rate tariff with them very easily. Have always been impressed with their service.

Quoting figures gave the impression trying to baffle you and immediately came the new direct debit at new rate more than expected saw variable rate quoted cheaper with no early termination fees meant if not satisfied could change but on fixed rate £40 each it’s as though I,ve got you you won’t leave now encouraging me to look around
