Have used Goto.energy for a year and have just renewed for a further year. Their bills are easy to understand and direct debits adjusted monthly as necessary also very competitive price wise. Very happy so far.

Switch to Goto went very smoothly, price was good. They don't overcharge to get you way in credit. Monthly reminder email to read the meter with a link from the email to do it - you don't have to, just keeps the bill accurate. Just renewed - not as cheap as a small number of other suppliers with much worse customer service ratings.

I did my research through Martin Lewis and a comparison site before phoning GoTo Energy yesterday. I was prepared to switch in a week's time when my contract date with GoTo ends. The GoTo representative was great. I thought Loyalty didn't pay nowadays? On the contrary, I was offered a better rate than a new client for renewing my contract. I asked for my credit balance to be sensibly reduced and he agreed to halve it. I'm expecting a refund of £350 today. All in all, a good call. Well done GoTo Energy!

After today I have absolute confidence in goto.energy having just made the switch.......the operator was polite from start to finish making sure ALL my needs were met .......she was also knowledgeable in all aspects of the query making sure I was happy with the service provided and closed the call with an unreserved offer should I need further assistance........brilliant should be six stars on offer.......

I have just renewed my goto tariff as they have offered the cheapest tariff for 2 years in a row now. I have no feedback on customer service as I have yet to have a reason to contact them as everything has gone smoothly for the 1 year I have been with them. What I can comment about is their modern-looking mobile app which makes it easy to check your bills, tariff details and to submit readings.

Absolute sham of a company, where do I even start! So our energy use has been massively over estimated by goto and resulted in a £400 credit balance being left on my account at the end of March. Goto have refused to refund the credit balance after two requests to do so. I have now cancelled my direct debit to avoid any further unnecessary credit accruing and have now been told this will be shown on my credit file as a late payment. I am £400 in credit! How can that possibly be marked as a late payment! On top of that because the direct debit has been cancelled they are apparently going to charge me £25 for it! Charged £25 because I don’t want my account to be over £450 in credit come my next bill. What planet are these people on where they think this is an acceptable way to treat customers. It’s a scam! Absolutely disgusting way to run a business and furious that my money has basically been stolen. We are using approximately £90 gas and electricity on average a month, goto are charging us £125 a month and giving us estimated bills which massively overstate our usage even though we are providing meter readings. EVERY SINGLE MONTH. Avoid this company at all costs. I am going to refer my complaint to the ombudsman as it seems from many of the reviews on here that this is not an isolated incident. BEWARE AND THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY.

Clear pricing and bills also fluctuate so you know where you are - you don't build up credit or debt. Also very competetive on pricing and easy to interact with company either online or phone. Would have given 5 stars if firm linked to smartmeter - although easy to send accurate usage figures online.
