Customer service team are very calming and don't push you to sign anything until you are ready too. They are very good at delivering information and will take time to explain anything you're unsure of. They will also email straight away with the info you require within min of talking to them so there is no waiting around. Would highly recommend GOTO energy from my own experiences 😁

Good service Good tariff
Switched to Goto a year ago they reduced my bill considerably and still offer the cheapest deal for a new contract. The billing and submitting meter readings is really simple on the goto app.

Tariff good but didn’t appreciate sales call as signed up for information by email and didn’t appreciate being called a ‘problem’ by the person who called because we had asked for email of information to be sent. Need to improve customer service. Technical service very good and account managed well. I have just received a response to my review . It does not include the follow up email response from Jeevan in which the conversation I was called a problem as he also had ‘another problem’. To be respond to in this way calls me a liar and I will now not be renewing my gas and energy. Save yourselves the trouble folks. How to make a bad situation worse! GoTo need to remember that these reviews are the customers perception and rather than telling them they are wrong perhaps, they should look at their own behaviours.
The only complaint I have is that you increased my monthly debit amount even though I was in credit for a large amount and I had spoken to your CustomerService agent regarding this.

A great alternative to the big boys
I have had trouble with getting readings to GoTo, but otherwise good service.
So far after a year of being with GoTo Energy they have given me great service. I have tried about 50% of the big ones including British Gas for many years and all of them have been rubbish when it came to Customer Service. For me that is the reason why I switched to GOTO Energy but of course one always has to be mindful of the price especially given the massive rises in wholesale energy prices particularly for electricity following the governments botched plans.
