I've just renewed our combined energy supply for the coming year from Goto Energy. Not had any concerns over the previous 12 months, its all be very smooth.

Recently decided to change supplier, was recommended to GOTO energy, GoTo decided that they would take payment before the switch was made. Tried unsuccessfully to contact them, so contacted Look After My Bills, despite their terms saying I could contact them upto 5pm on the 14th day to cancel , when I contacted them on the 13th day I was told I could not. I emailed both companies and the switch was cancelled, took Goto 3 weeks to refund payment already taken. Got an email from Dan at LAMB saying I had cancelled outside the cooling off period, WHICH I DID NOT!!!!!

They phoned up offering a deal to stay for another year, but turned out to be a Sam to charge me more a month than I already pay , not taking into account my solar panels Thanet heavily decrease my usage in summer months. On top of that the fixed contract offered was nowhere near what they offered a couple of month previous, they just want to overcharge and pretend their doing you a favour. Criminals !!
I was going to change suppliers due to the impending price increases but I received a better deal from GoTo Energy so I decided to stay with them. This was accomplished without any problem.
Very impressed with the customer service, had a call back within 24 hours to arrange a lower tariff and refunded credit on my account.
The operator didn't have the information I needed and promised to ring back, which he did, and gave me all the information I needed. Very good service.
