Great company all round. Easy to reach their customer services when needed; with polite and helpful staff on the phone and online. Very good value tariffs too. Their App is easy to navigate and contains all the information you need regarding your account. I certainly won’t be switching any time soon.

Like so many other energy companies they like to keep you £100’s in credit. Sorry but I’m not a lending bank, I don’t pay for future groceries at a supermarket or indeed future fuel for my car. At the moment I think they’re marginaly better than their competitors but this may change when I next get a comparison quote.

The customer service consultant that I spoke with was very efficient and helpful and moved me on to a new duel fuel plan. I was very pleased that go to energy contacted me to let me know that my plan had ended; I would have been even happier if the contact was at the actual time that the plan ended and not 3 months later.
It was a relief that for once I didn’t have to swap suppliers after the space of a year, as you offered a good, follow on deal.
