Good firm to deal with. Competitive pricing. Clear and transparent billing policy with a monthly bill. Can't use our smart meters but hopefully that will change soon. Easy to contact them by e-mail or chat or phone.
Keep a check up for comparison of meter readings taken manually and readings taken remotely if smart meters installed on property!
This is my third year with GoTo. Loyalty discount very good and have always found them reliable and fair.Would recommend this energy company, using renewable souces.
found very competitive price-wise downside I have a smart meter from my last provider and with goto I have to send meter readings in every month which is a bit of a hassle

The company seems good, they contacted me in different ways, email and phone to warn that the tariff I was on was about to increase and that they wanted me to move to a new tariff.
It was very quick to sort out new offer.

I had read the online feedback for this company and was concerned, HOWEVER ! don't be concerned iv used this company for 1 year now, and customer service phone answer time is V.GOOD. Had a reminder email sent and a phone call to say my contract was nearing it's end. Was given the options for a new tariff. I made a quick comparison using comparison websites, and found once again that goto energy was my best option. Changed easily onto the new tariff. No problem at all. Happy with their service.
