First experience not good. I chose to put a tool into my cart and proceed to check out. While doing so a banner popped up and said my purchase qualified for a $5.00 dollar special discounjt. When I finalized check out it then told me I didn't qualify after I proceeded to finish checking out! Not a pleasant experience. I left the site without the tool. Several weeks later I went back and ordered the tool anyway because I needed it. Everything else was OK. Fast ship, on time delivery and it was the right tool delivered!

The item was ordered for a collaborating lab and they reported received the item on time and without damage. The price is very competitive with other vendors.

I ordered a 4 inch K type thermocouple probe. The tip of the probe arrived with a ~80° bend in the tip. I sent photos to the customer service team, and they promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent. Unfortunately the shipping took approximately 2-3 weeks for each probe, but that's about par for the course in today's environment. Overall, highly satisfied with the experience. Thank you for taking me seriously and making the situation right!

Product incorrect, tried to get in contact with you guys for a whole week and never got an answer, once i did all that was asked was to send pictures in an email which i did now i have yet to receive anything back. Disappointed in the lack of customer service & quality reassurance. Businesses like this don't stick around much when they don't take the business serious.

Requested a quote on 06/13, received a response on 06/23. Requested lead time o 06/23, received response on 08/17.

We received the item in a slight delayed time (about a month) but the transaction experience was good.

Would give zero stars if possible. My order was placed on June 19th, order cancelled on Sept 1 because they couldn't provide the item I ordered. Ordered the exact item from PK Safety and had it within 7 days and that included custom calibration. Do not recommend Global Test Supply. And no, I will not supply my information, I've communicated numerous times with you folks about this order. If you can't find it, you aren't looking hard enough.

Good product descriptions. Great pricing. However if you need whatever you ordered in a hurry. You might look elsewhere. Overall for me, I will be be using Global Test Supply again and again.
