Easy to find and order what I needed. Transaction was smooth and flawless.

Its a good company and easy to order from. I felt like there were too many confirmation emails. On one order I got about 10 emails and it was more annoying than helpful.

Low prices fast shipping I would buy from them again

I bought a 255$ power meter and paid for product in full. Order was delivered but stolen from front porch. UPS insured package for 100$ and sent the money to Global Test supply in February 2019. Alex Coffee assured me that they would send me 100$ insurance check. I have not received check and Alex Coffee refuses to answer or return my phone calls. I have left 5 or 6 voicemails. UPS stated that they will not discuss claim with me and any questions needs to be taken up with global test supply. I am out the product I ordered, 255$, and now the 100$ insurance money. Global test supply received my 255$ for the product, and now pocketed the 100$ insurance claim and refuses to talk to me. After posting this review Sue contacted my right away and got me the 100$ check. Sue was very professional and helpful.

I would find another shipping option for international orders. The price charged for the fact that transit time was over a week to get to Australia is ridiculous. Jenni

Great price and fast shipping! I am very happy with my experience shopping was Global Test Supply.

It took 3 separate quote requests and multiple phone calls to the sales department before receiving the price quotes that I was seeking. Even after submitting a purchase order with reference to final sales department quote I was sent the wrong range M200 calibrator which had to be sent to Meriam for correction. Your sales staff appears to be incompetent and unfamiliar with the products they sell as well as showing a disdain for actually reading a well laid out purchase order. They don’t seem to be able to even find the information that they lack to be able to fulfill an order correctly. I would be very hesitant to use this company for future purchases, of which there will be many, and I would also hesitate to recommend you as a source for calibration equipment purchases to any customer.

GTS fulfilled and shipped my power supply order promptly and as expected, unlike another vendor I initially ordered from and had to subsequently cancel the order for non-performance, costing me project downtime. I should have selected GTS from the get-go!

I ordered a Manometer & forgot to give the room number for the building at delivery. My part was shipped back - I checked UPS tracking and found that was the case after waiting for the part for well over a week. I called Global Test again and gave the room number this time. Waited about a week again and no part arrived. I called again and checked on the Manometer......after being on hold for a short time, I was told the part would ship out the next day. No idea why it was not shipped out when I called and told the company OK my mistake I did not give a room number with my order. We get charged for work orders not being completed on time. The wait has been frustrating. I hope I receive the part soon..........

I trust Global test Supply on their honest description of their products which are 100% genuine, There are Soooooo many phonies out there that sell look-a-like items, but dealing with this company I can be rest asure of receiving quality products.

Thank you i bought Kennedy cabounet which I saved about $100 or more.

The order was paid in full including 120$ for shipping through a reputable shipping company. However, GTS sent it through usps (us postal service) which was the cheapest option and which is extremely unreliable and untraceable service. We have still not received the package. And have no idea when we will receive it. Poor service on the part of gts
