Reply to Reply #2: Not so fast. Now that I realize who I was supposed to be reviewing (the timing of the review request is what fooled me), I have a comment to make. Prior to placing my order with you, I called your help number to ask if the MPR pressure regulator I wanted came with the mounting hardware - two small but important parts. I was told "yes, those are included". They were not. The parts were not even available on your website so I ended up purchasing them from directly from Dwyer for the amazing sum of $17.85. Three stars. Update #2: I just got the invoice for my items and there was a shipping fee of $25.80, so my original comments stand. I guess the policy of charging no shipping for orders over $100 is not a real thing. To be clear: I am not complaining about paying shipping, just about the lack of transparency. Downgrading my rating to 2 stars. After I posted the review below (with 3 stars), they called me to clear up the confusion. The online invoice had boilerplate language saying "SHIPPING FEES TO BE DETERMINED", even though it showed shipping costs to be zero for my order. Kudos to them for calling me, but they should make the invoice more clear. I definitely like the products they carry. I ordered a flowmeter and low pressure regulator from them with no problems. On my second order - 6 more flowmeters, a pressure gauge, and some mounting hardware - I had to confirm the purchase without getting a shipping cost quote. My order has not yet shipped, so I still don't know what it's going to cost me. I've never encountered that problem before with any vendor.

SOME CONFUSION WITH PRICING - HAD TO CALL 2 X'S TO GET CORRECT INFO
I bought a Fluke 324 clamp meter. The meter was not functioning properly, so I call to exchange the meter. When I received the RMA, they charged me for return shipping on a defective meter. This is unsatisfactory, so I simply returned the meter. If the product is defective, don’t charge the customer for the defective product. I will take my business elsewhere.

Ordered Testo 550 on June 30, 2018. Upon receiving the item I noticed a spot in the display screen which I photographed and sent to their customer service. After waiting 3 days for an answer, I called and was told they were working with Testo for a reply. Almost one month later, I received an email stating I needed to return the item for warranty service. After the second week of waiting, I contacted the credit card company and placed the purchase in dispute, then promptly returned it to GTS via UPS. Any retailer that cannot address a customer problem satisfactorily within a week needs to greatly improve or stop selling!
Best prices I was able to find. Got my TSI within a week.
Should have read reviews on Global Test Supply. Overdue by two weeks!!! Ordered an item online that indicated a 2 to 3 Weeks ETA. After three weeks on Live Chat was told the item was back ordered and to be received the following week. Live Chat again only to discover the item had still not arrived and would arrive in another week. Live Chat again and was finally discovered the item had arrived and would be shipped out the next day. I'll leave it at that.
Do not order if you are basing ETA on what their website states. Do not order if this is time sensitive. It has been 4 weeks since I placed my order, no news. When I contacted customer support they said the instrument is arriving "sometime this week" - no date and no way for them to upgrade the shipping to us. Considering they misrepresented the leadtime - the minimum they can do is to expedite shipping to us. However, their bottom line is more important. If the instrument is slightly price at another location - I recommend the other location.
I have ordered a multimeter and I have sat waiting for weeks I would like to continue to buy from this company but from what I see its not worth the wait.

This company is a horrible company to work with. They do not honor their warranties, and they refuse to work with the customer in any way helpful to the customer when attempting to return a manufacturers DAMAGED product. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I picked Global Test Supply to order FLIR SCOUT TK this one was newly Delvoped product line and FLIR was over whelmed with orders FLIR said 8 weeks It actually was closer to 10 I feel Global Test supply did all in there Marketing power to expedite through the marketing difficultys FLIR has On this product GLOBAL TEST SUPPLY IS FIVE STAR OPERATION. and a real ace company to be counted on.
