The testing unit arrived quickly and was in good condition. Since I had never used one before, I wasted a lot of time reading the vague instructions and using the trial and error method. I found this frustrating. I tried “”you-tube” only to find out that the manufacturer ‘s video instructions were vague also. I would recommend that someone from your company create a simple video for novices and place it on “you-tube”. My second suggestion is to insert a flyer ,in the shipping carton , with instructions on how to mail the unit back to you. Again, much time wasted on trying to figure that out.

This was my first time ordering from Global Test Supply. I was upgrading a 35-year-old Maximum Maestro anemometer. I researched the cost of purchasing individual components which needed replacement and discovered that Global was selling a complete upgraded unit for less than the cost of the parts. This was a great purchase experience. The website said delivery in 2 -3 weeks but I received the item in less than a week.

Poduct description incorrect. Gauges were described as bluetooth Test 550, but was actually Testo 549- not bluetooth.
