My experience with Global Test Supply was extremely disappointing. I placed an order for a product required for international research three weeks in advance of when I needed it to arrive. The product was shipped via UPS ground and was not delivered to the address I specified (why it couldn't be delivered is *still* a mystery to me). Because Global Test Supply restricted my ability to update my shipping address or have the package dropped off at a UPS facility, I was told I would need to wait until it returned to their warehouse in New Jersey before they could overnight it back to New Mexico. They failed to provide me with an updated tracking number and re-shipped the product ground instead of overnight, as promised, which I discovered hours before I thought the product would arrive. This meant that my product arrived after I left the country, impacting my research. The most egregious part of my interaction with Global Test Supply was that, after making two idiotic shipping mistakes, they refused to get the product to me before my departure. Instead, they told me that I would need to pay $200 to same-day ship it, or...just live without getting it in time. Global Test Supply caused me a great deal of frustration and stress and ultimately left a bad taste in my mouth.

The Mag Probe worked well. I had the opportunity to use it during valve functional testing. The contract coordinator was impressed and placed an ordered two devices for his self. The QC manager also got the website address from me as well. A good practical device well worth the investment. I had used one back in the late 90's and some time back found my old one which prompted me to order a new one. Regards, Charlie Hopkins

To be honest, the product did not come in the best. One of the side locks was completely broken and a few functions did not work.

The RMA process due to my order mistake took way to long. I received emails that said they were working on the issue, but I had to send numerous emails and waited weeks for the RMA to send the product back for the correct item.

# 1 The site time that says turn around time is way off from actual time receiving meter which is why I returned DL389. I have been waiting for refund >2 weeks , I never opened shipping box. If these meters are calibrated how did I receive a DL489 with the —... DC mV one decimal point off , and there was many functions I did not test. How would you feel ? Forget that remark, please. There is a retuned DL389 in testing lab ?? You did receive it I never opened to test. Because of time issues I just returned the389 and just ordered the DL489 - time was no concern anymore. I have had 2 UEI meters and neigh had a problem. I will wait patiently on my refund and please test all functions of DL489 replacement. Respectfully Geno.
