The overall experience was excellent. There were some internet connectivity issues in Canada, but resolved in 24 hours for shipment. Trina is awesome to work with!

The price for the charger I purchased was very high, I never spoke to any person just ordered online. I guess the only feedback I have is it cost too much for what I received.

Easy to find what I needed, order was shipped promptly, called to get status on the order and the gentleman on the phone was quick to have the info and helpful, definitely recommend these guys!

The customer service was very good on the phone but it went downhill from there. Ordered on 6/6/19. A product was shipped promptly but the wrong product was received and I notified the company on 6/10/19. Numerous calls were made asking for a return label and authorization and for the correct product to be shipped. Finally received return label on 6/20/19 after I had to send pictures to verify the claim. Finally received the correct product 6/27/19 and was only offered a 5% discount for all the trouble and time to receive part that was paid for on 6/6/19.
