I found an item (Kestrel Weather Station) that I wanted on a Google search and had some questions about it. Was able to talk immediately to a very knowledgeable sales rep. Place the order on line, knowing that one item was back ordered. Everything came exactly when it was promised. Had one question about the item when it came, which I used an online chat to resolve. These are great people to deal with for instrumentation.

First they said they had the wrong email for me and after giving them a correct e-mail, I still had to e-mail them again to get them to let me know what was wrong. I told them to go ahead and fix it and then had to contact them a couple weeks later to get them to get a credit card from me. They stated they still hadn't received it from someone else yet?? They finally got it repaired and got me billed and returned but I was without my unit from Mid-December through the first week in March!!!

I purchased a microwave leakage detector. When it arrived, I felt a sense that the unit may have been returned by a previous customer. I don't know that I was correct but the company gave me a replacement one with no questions asked and no fees of any kind. They even provided a return shipping label for free. You can't ask for more than this from a company. I would certainly buy from them again.

Ordered an Fluke Infrared Thermometer with NIST calibration over the phone. Received it without the NIST calibration. I was told they would send out another one with NIST calibration the next day, but I would have to pay the shipping charge to return the wrong one they sent me in order to receive a refund. I won't be ordering anything from them again ever.

I ordered a Bacharach Tru Pointe® Ultra 28-8000 Compact Ultrasonic Leak Detector with Folding Headset Model: 0028-8000 and the lack of emails telling me when it would arrive had me nervous. the screen told me it was ordered but i never received the email confirmation. 3 times i sent emails asking about the order before getting a response. otherwise i would have given 5 stars. i did get what i ordered. thank you
