We received a special offer, lost it in email, ordered the exact same item without the discount. Discovered the email and asked if we could apply our special offer to the next purchase and was denied so we bought the next item elsewhere. Lost an opportunity to retain a loyal customer. I will always see if I can find anything they carry elsewhere for less before I consider buying from them again.

Easy peasy - doing business with these folks. Saw what I needed, ordered it, charge transaction appeared about the same time as the equipment that I ordered.
Sold me items that returned not working and expecting i accept them as is. If items not working are sold need a disclosed of why returned. All items at any price better work or need tossed in trash, never resold. Any warranty should pay for shipping back and i had to pay for shipping back due to none working item. No very happy at all and see outcome not be good. I trusted that clearance item was just not needed by previous person yet was defective unit! All items i purchased better be warranty covered if not working.

Rented a Flir thermal imager for hunting because I wanted to try before buying. Great pricing, great customer service and turned out to be a great product. I will definitely be using Global Test Supply again in the future.
Reasonable price, good service. Because I don't have a UPS account, return shipping on my rental cost nearly twice what I was charged by GTS to ship to me. It would be nice if prepaid return shipping at GTS's discounted rate were offered as an option.

Great prices but wouldnt recommend buying from them if you need your tool in a reasonable amount of time. Not sure why I paid 15 dollars for shipping thats going to take 6-8 weeks. Regardless, I misread weeks and thought days. So thats on me. In short, if you need it pay the extra elsewhere. If you can wait than you should be good. Uei479 Order date: 1/29/19
Mine was a very small, specialized order. When I called to check on the status of my order, I was able to get to my original contact and he assured me of when the items would arrive at their facility and an estimated delivery date to me. Also, I wasn't charged until the items arrived at their facility and were shipped to me. Lastly, the parts I ordered were exactly correct. I'll always check with GTS for any parts or items I need.
The equipment I rented was in excellent condition and worked perfectly. The only problem I had had was making all the paperwork connections to get it rented and shipped out.
