Fantastic service from the gadget centre. Ordered on Friday, arrived the Friday after. Chose top spec on nearly every aspect of the laptop builder. Fabulous Dell device arrived for £500. Runs like a dream, looks and feels like new. I highly recommend this company as a means of upgrading your home IT on a budget!

I left it a few weeks before leaving this review, to get a reasonable amount of usage out of the laptop purchased from this company, and in my opinion, they deserve five stars all round. I ordered my new laptop on Monday, and it was with me on Friday, four days later. Fast, efficient, and in excellent condition. I am both very pleased and grateful for the professionalism this company demonstrates, and I highly recommend them.

I needed a new laptop but my budget would only get me a low spec one. Probably i3 processor, 8gb RAM and 256 gb ssd. I looked at The Gadget Centre and for the same money I built a laptop with i7 processor, 32gb RAM and 1tb ssd. It’s in as new condition and rapid with 3 years warranty. It was delivered in 3 days, I can’t find a fault with the laptop, the service I received or the value for money!

I bought this laptop to replace a windows 10 that was going obsolete, I was drawn to the fact that this option reduces landfill and the price was great. The laptop that arrived was spot on and finished to a high standard. Would recommend.

Early days, but the laptop arrived within three days and was exactly as specc'd and described, complete with a three year warranty - all at a great price. Terrific service.

This is without doubt the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with (and that's saying something) I must state, I can accept and deal with normal issues from companies and understand fully the difficulties of running a small business, but on this occasion, you GC have pushed myself past my limit of tolerance. Furthermore, I do not now need to write a review having been fully refunded by my credit card company, however I am still fuming about my experience with you. I ordered a laptop from you including the three year Warranty on 28th September 24 all in good faith, it eventually arrived on 11th October 24 after several attempts to contact you by phone (impossible) and email. All seemed well, until after around four weeks when the keyboard started misspelling and the Windows software started playing up, fair do's I thought, maybe a bad batch of components, again could not contact by phone only email, after several attempts to fix the problem I was told from the online software I used in conjunction with yourselfs that my keyboard was indeed faulty and you could arrange for me to send it back to you, but before doing so I had to take and email yourselfs high definition 360 degree photos of the top lid, inside palm rest and screen and back of the laptop, my thoughts were WHY if the laptop is being sent back anyway!! So I took and sent you the photos as requested prior to parceling it up for shipment. I sent the laptop on 7th December 24, and again after having to chase up progress I received an email back on the 18th December, to which I was totally knocked sideways, and felt physically sick by your response, it read in brief "The Technician had noticed that the Warranty labels had been partially removed and there was liquid ingress in the keyboard, (accompanied with photos) and therefore my Warranty was Void, however you could give the laptop a full service check for just £45 including shipping costs and give me a quote for the repair service, WHAT!!! Now I know that there are two sides to an argument, and you certainly got me to rack my brains as to there being any chance of any liquid entering the keyboard, and if this were the case I would not have denied it, and just footed the costs, but I know this would be impossible because my office is kept spotless, and drinks etc are not put any where near electrical components, and as I have made you aware, by law it is up to the retailer to prove that it was not there when you sent it out to me, and judging from the pictures on your media sites, apart from the many stock photos, it is not what I would class as a sterile IT work environment!! but what really gets to me is being accused of tampering with the warranty labels!! So why on earth would I have taken dated Photos, clearly showing no residue whatsoever on the keyboard, and the labels still in tacked and not tampered with in any way, (and certainly not bearing any resemblace to the photos you sent to me) prior to sending the laptop back? And why would I have any cuase to tamper with said labels that clearly state "Warranty void if removed" To me your action was despicable. As advised by Trading Standards, I have sent you not one but two recorded delivery letters asking for a reply, the last one being on the 7th January 25 and to date no reply? And to rub salt into the wounds, I have recently received an email from you saying you couldn't complete my order, due to an issue with the payment, and would I like to continue with the order... I'd like to say you are joke of a company (but you are really not funny) You also, after receiving the laptop, within a few days asked for me to give you a review on other media platforms, this I will certainly do, until you no doubt remove them... To end on a high note, I have since purchased a brand new laptop from ao with not to dissimilar specification and Warranty for a similar price...

Received my laptop 2 weeks ago. It looks brand new to me and works perfectly. No issues so far.

Very happy with my customised laptop.... Didn't expect it to be of such exceptional quality. And to top it off, it has touchscreen too as a bonus!

Quick fast service. The laptop was made to my specs. It looks brand new. I'm well impressed. This is the second laptop I've had from them. There's nothing wrong with the first one, just new programs that need more power (photoshop and autocad)

I think the measure of a company is how it behaves when something goes wrong. I had a minor problem with a part for the latop I bought just before Christmas. I sent an email in the evening, a response fisrt things the next morning and a replacement part the next day. Great customer service.

This is 2nd laptop we've got from these guys. What a fantastic service they offer. Firstly you get a high spec laptop for a fraction of the cost that you'd pay from a big named company. Then they make sure everything works as it should. The turn around on this particular one from ordering to receiving at home was an awesome 3 days! WOW!!!! Can't fault the guys. Truly they offer an amazing service. Can't recommend them enough.
