It was an easy on-line order process choosing exactly how I wanted my laptop specced. There was a short delay in shipping due to supply chain issues but I was kept up-to-date and informed. The product is excellent and, the exterior having been wrapped, looks brand new. I've saved so much against buying a new laptop, even with the extra for a 3-year warranty.

Easy ordering process, arrived quicker than I'd expected, beautifully packaged. Switched on and apart from the WiFi password, it pretty much set up itself. And so much faster than my old laptop. Definitely recommended.
I've got a great laptop at half the price I would have pay at one of the major retailers. It has the appearance of a brand new laptop and it's so speedy compared to my old one. Also have a 3 year warranty for piece of mind.

Quick delivery of an excellent laptop built to my chosen specification. The case and screen were completely perfect. And, as a bonus I wasn't aware of, it was a touchscreen. And so cheap compared to buying brand new.
No complaints about the product, had it two weeks and and it is excellent and you wouldn't know it wasn't brand new, but a fraction of the price for the same spec bought elsewhere. Would be 5 stars but there was a delay on delivery due to part constraints which I accept happens but the comms could have been better.

Laptop exceeded expectations, great product and fast!
A great laptop fast with Windows 11 for £406 which I think is good value. The delivery was delayed a few days due to the pressure of work and my only niggle is that I had to chase them up rather than the Gadget Centre letting me know.
I ordered a high spec laptop earlier this month and it arrived on Tuesday (25 October) in sparkling condition, well packed and, what's more, ready to go with good on-screen instructions appearing when you switch on for the first time. Mine is really fast and all I needed to do was to get my personal apps and working files onto it. The Gadget Centre's aim is to get your machine to you quickly and, although there was a parts delay, I was kept informed, and it was well worth the wait. At the time of ordering I emailed them about whether or not to go for Windows 11 and to state what I intended to use the laptop for, and the programs which I could be using. This was quickly answered by Jake. Similarly, when the laptop arrived it had more on it than I expected and this prompted me to seek advice. Again, Jake got back to me straight away. So, am I happy with the service and would I purchase another laptop from The Gadget Centre? The answer to both questions has to be 'yes'. I hope you find this useful.
My laptop came quickly, was very good value, and exactly to the spec I bought. I was worried about quality when buying reconditioned but it’s absolutely perfect, and from a sustainability angle it ticks all the boxes. Love that these guys are a small business that clearly care - would recommend 💯!
