Easy to follow website when specifying my laptop. Top quality specification for the money - excellent value. Good clear communication for my query and keeping experiences updated on progressive. The new laptop fits my needs perfectly and performs to a high level. The possibility of three year warranty is a real plus. Overall a very positive buying experience and would highly recommend.

My previous laptop was so annoyingly and frustratingly slow I was ready to scream and throw it in the river. My son found the Gadget Centre on the Internet and suggested getting a new laptop from the, which I did. I asked for and received a high spec laptop which I am really happy with. Especially considering what I paid. I have seen new laptops in Costco, Currys and other shops with less spec than mine , 3 times the price of mine. So I am a very satisfied customer.

My laptop couldn't take the Windows 11 upgrade and after seeing the comments and advertising on Facebook for the Gadget Centre, I decided to take the plunge. I'm so glad I did. It saved me up to £600 on a replacement from a high street shop. Who cares about the cosmetics, although Gadget Centre do a great job of thoroughly cleaning their laptops and putting a new skin on the lid. Works perfectly and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Thank you.

Great value for money. I recently retired so had to replace my company laptop with my own, which I was able to do for half the price of a new one. There was a shipping delay with new parts coming from China that was a bit frustrating but these things happen and it wasn't their fault. We'll be ordering another laptop from them soon to replace a ten year old p.c. which is starting to creak at the seams.

I received my laptop a couple of weeks ago and I am very happy with its performance and how it looks (like new). I use it for DJing and have used on its first gig where it was faultless, I will, and have, recommend the Gadget Centre to family and friend's.

2 x dell computer base, touch screen, dedicated GPU and top of the range hardware. Cannot complain at all with the price or the build time. At time of writing, utterly faultless and the warranty offered seems very robust. The gadget center came recommended from a friend and I understand why now. Will be using again when it is time to upgrade.

I received my Dell laptop within the 2 weeks stated, I am very happy with my purchase and the 3-year guarantee that came with it. The laptop looks new, you wouldn't know by looking at it that it's a reconditioned computer. I would have no problem recommending the Gadget Centre.

Took 4 weeks for mine to arrive. Only communicated when prompted and ignored my questions. Started a paypal dispute and all of a sudden it arrived 3 days later. All was not well when it did arrive. The laptop provided was in good condition however it was very poorly specced for the price paid. Graphics upgrade option is very misleading as they only supply machines with integrated graphics so no matter how much extra you pay you will receive the same graphics. I was very disappointed to recieve a very old i5 with HD 620 graphics. To put this in perspective, my order was around £330(14-15" display, i5, 16gb ram, 512gb ssd, medium graphics upgrade and back-lit keyboard) and i recieved a 14" lenovo with a i5-8350u hd 620 graphics. Because I had to wait so long with no end in sight I bought a second hand dell latitude 3520 from Ebay for £200. The Dell has a i5 1135g7 processor with 16gb ram and Intel iris graphics. The only thing worse about it was the 256gb m.2 ssd which I upgraded to a crucial 1tb unit for £50 bringing the total to £250. If you can't keep the time frames advertised you should be upfront about it, not making the customers chase for updates and providing false information. This behaviour is not confidence inspiring for any warranty advertised. Don't get me wrong I wouldn't have minded paying for quality service even if the machine was slightly outdated. In fairness to them I have now returned the laptop for a full refund without much hassle.

I could customise my new computer to the specification I wanted. The gadget centre responded quickly when I contacted them and kept me informed whilst it was built. The computer I ended up with is brilliant, it's exactly what I wanted, bang up to date and about half of what I would have had to spend on the High Street or anywhere else.

I ordered my laptop when there was an unfortunate delay with components, however, the wait was worth it. Super looking HP computer with all the ports I need. Lightning fast and I hope it will stay that way as I won't be putting tons of programs on it as my intended use is video editing.

5 stars from me. Bespoke build based on my requirements. Delivered in perfect working order and not a mark on the machine, looks brand new.

Recently ordered an i7 16gb ram 1tB 15.6" laptop. Received a Dell great spec incredible price. Due to supply issues lead time was a little longer than advertised, not a problem. Excellent communication thoughout. Based on my experience I would definitely recommend them.
