If you are looking for a decent laptop and not worried about going into Currys just so you can walk out with a rip off then this is the place for you. Imagine the bliss of not having to deal with some sales assistant who wants to sell you something he/she knows is on their weekly target. No, instead you can get yourself a laptop that is more than half decent and completely fit for purpose that has exactly what you want on it and just as important exactly what you don't. Add to that the fact that you aren't paying the ridiculous markup for walking out of the door of some retail park outlet with something that isn't quite what you need but it will do, and you might realise that you really should be looking for a laptop somewhere like this instead. All you have to do is tell them what you want and OMG you actually get it. Do I sound old fashioned when I say I like to get what I’m paying for or is that what customer service used to mean back in the day? I am a very happy customer needless to say having paid a fraction of the price for something that would make a MacBook Air 2022 blush ever so slightly. Message Ends.

I ordered a laptop as a present in December 2021 and unfortunately it crashed in July 2022 - tried to phone them for advice (sorry phone lines not available) I emailed but took 3 days to answer, however the laptop was sent back 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for answers as to the problem and also an update about either a repair or replacement. (Update) it took time to get a suitable repair but eventually the laptop came back with a suitable upgrade.

I ordered a lop top and I must say that after a couple of weeks the machine working just great. They do what they say. I was little afraid what I will receive but so far I left fears behind. The package beyond imagination. Very safe. Guide stickers very helpful. The only reason I put 4 stars is because 2 of the 5 USB ports are quite loose but not big deal. Highly recommended. For people needs something that runs normal games ( I don't play any ) and do usual staff on the lap top is excellent. I wish they had more graphic options to choose.

Took a bit of a gamble ordering from an internet based company but Gadget Centre has been exemplary. Ordered a top of the range latop and it's superb. Absolutely no damage to the case.. looks new. Spotted their advert on FB and was initially a little sceptical as I'd been burned previously with an unrelated FB purchase. Did a little research and discovered that it's a REAL outfit putting new computer hardware in older chassis. Bit the bullet and sent my spec. and a few days later had my laptop. I have a couple of decent desktops, but I have to say that what arrived within a few days of ordering has blown me away. Very, very quick to load from start and does everything that I need, anywhere. Excellent packaging and decent support. Very pleased with a laptop spec. which would ordinarily sell for around twice as much as this cost.

Fantastic, bought a i7 with 16gb ram for under 400 and it out performs my new imac m1 with 16gb of ram which cost 1400. Ok it is heavier and less portable for a laptop but amazing performance. If you w@nt the latest fastest and best go buy from these guys.

I cannot fault the computer, excellent value very pleased with it to date. However, I also ordered a mouse and when it did not arrive 6 days after the computer, I telephoned the company to be told that all business was done via email. This I did and 3 days later received notification that the mouse had been despatched, and was received the following week. If they answered their telephone this problem could have been resolved much more quickly. I consider this lets the Company down hence the 4 stars.

The service from the Gadget Centre was second to none. The laptop arrived when promised and was well packaged. The spec was high but the price exceptionally good. Works well in practice also. The website was very user friendly and clear. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Gadget Centre when looking for a new computer.
