A well explained and executed solution to a difficult / complex , request for a specific featured graphics Cad laptop. A small error in pre delivery inspection resulted in a support call, on day one when trying to configure an external monitor to mirror the laptop , this was remedied online in the bios without fuss or excuse. 100% satisfied and the laptop performing exactly as requested. Will definitely use for further needs.

Ordered a replacement work laptop as my old one was running really slowly as to be almost unusable (Yes, I did clean it up, it's just a really old laptop). I was recommended the Gadget Centre by a colleague and after checking out the details was pleasantly surprised by the specs and prices. I made an order and waited for it to be delivered. Delivery was really quick and well packaged. When I unpacked it, there was an information sheet detailing the warranty and also some information on how to take care of the cover that had been put on the laptop. I inspected the machine and as it is a reconditioned case I expected to see some minor damage to the shell so was pleasantly surprised to notice that there really wasn't any damage at all. The laptop loads up quickly and I'm able to work without waiting an age for programs to load. I would definitely buy another as the value for money is exceptional. Thanks guys :)

Good afternoon You have just supplied me with a Dell Latitude 7300 13.3 inch screen laptop with windows 11 pro. I ordered a 32gb ram with 512gb ssd and an intel i7 (8665u cpu 1.9ghz 2.11 ghz. I just wanted to thank you as it was just the size i needed a good portable laptop for work etc. It arrived wrapped and looked like new. The spec requested and supplied is brilliant with fast start up and very responsive i am very impressed. The Laptop was ready to go The laptop is immaculate and apart from adding a few (not your issue) pieces of software i required it was good to go. I did read some of the negative reviews but answers to my email were quite quick and responsive. I hope you manage to get your business fully up and running as refurbished laptops are a great idea.I have an older acer which i upgraded and is still a little slow but microsoft have made life difficult as i cant upgrade to windows 11 so ill have to decide what to do with it lol. I read a few of the reviews before going ahead with a purchase. I make a point of reading the good ones AND the bad ones. I'm of the opinion many people will only write reviews when they're not happy with something. I contacted Gadget Centre prior to Christmas. They responded with useful info and confirmed they were busy in the lead up to the day. I held off my order till the New Year. I was advised how long my order would take and received updates to tell me when it had been completed and dispatched. It arrived securely boxed with additional info attached. It looks almost new and started up very quickly. I now have a superfast 32GB RAM, 2TB Hard drive laptop for about a quarter of the price I would have paid for something comparable and brand new. I haven't experienced any issues and hope not to do so! I'd certainly recommend this company.

Ordered a laptop for my partner's birthday due to possessing an old one and it not fulfilling requirements anymore. I ordered with GC just after Christmas and was informed it would take 8-12 working days due to the holidays. The item turned up bang on day 8 and the quality of the packaging, the laptop is superb. They vinyl wrapped the top of the laptop, presumably due to some marks or scuffs and the laptop looks brand new. I genuinely could not be happier.

I can't fault their customer service. I got the spec I ordered in reasonable time, busy at Christmas, but there proved to be a problem with the battery. Communication via email was prompt resulting in the laptop being returned at their cost. I've just got it back in less than a week, presumably with a new battery. Top spec, bang up to date at half the price of a new one. What's not to like.

I decided to ditch my Windows 10 laptop and and get a better machine. These guys had been on Facebook so I looked into them and went ahead. I thought I had already left a review but, if not, I am more than happy to recommend The Gadget Centre for swift helpful replies to emails, clear prompt paperwork and a great laptop. There was no setting up to do; it worked right out of the box. One suggestion, if you want a particular size of screen, add that in as a comment on the order or you may get a smaller screen than you intended.

This, after an unfortunate water accident is my second laptop from Gadget Centre. Both were top spec I7 processors at a price I couldn't afford if bought new. Super fast and you'd hardly know they were not new. I have confidence in this company. Everything comes securely packaged.

I am extremely pleased with my custom built, refurbished laptop. I ordered over the busy Xmas period so it took a little longer to arrive. However, I was kept up to date with my order. The laptop arrived in a well packaged box, protecting it from knocks. The best thing about a custom built laptop is that you do not have the useless Apps that are usually installed as standard - only the Apps that you want!. More importantly, it costs a fraction of the price that you would expect to pay for the same spec in the shops. I would highly recommend this company!
