Easy configuration, easy ordering. The item that finally arrived was as good as I was expecting (except for the power supply, which was immediately replaced with no quibble). The original delivery timeframe was extended due apparently to parts supply issues with China, and I was obliged to ask before actually being advised about that. Otherwise, a happy customer!

A company doing everything right! I received my laptop exactly as ordered. Half the price of the big shed boys! Windows 11 Pro, Libre Office installed, i7 processor, 16 Gb Ram and a smart carbon wrap on an immaculate machine. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

If you want a high quality cheap laptop, don't look any further. These guys are fantastic, the only downside, but it's only because of how busy and thorough at what they do is the length of time my laptop took to arrive, although in fairness, it only took three weeks to arrive and it is top quality, no corners cut at all. I won't go anywhere else for one. It was about half the price of the retail equivalent as well. Super stuff.

I have spent many years both in retail and business. It is always great to find a small company that can deliver quality products at a fair price with great customer service. I believe if you are looking for a recondition high spec laptop, then I would recomend this comkany every time.

Absolutely fabulous service. I have bought 3 laptops from here now and the customer service has been exactly what I have needed. The first laptop had a slight crack on the carbon fibre and was resolved within a week. The second was perfect and the third was my error as I hadn't stated that I would like a keypad. They have requested I return it and they will send me one that is to my spec, with a key pad. It's very easy to leave bad reviews, although I don't tend to, but praise where praise is due. I judge how people and companies resolve issues, as it's a better barometer than when everything is going smoothly and Jake has really gone above and beyond :)

Used this company from reading the positive reviews I wasn't disappointed and received a very good Dell laptop although admittedly I had to chase up delivery as they were very busy.

I was attracted to the value for money that a refurbished PC would bring and I was not disappointed. The delivery took a week longer than I hoped for but when I emailed the Gadget centre they responded and kept me in the loop which was great. The PC performs well and does all I could hope for. The battery lasts for 2hrs which is a little less than I hoped for but it still acceptable. The PC cost about £100-£150 less than buying a new PC with a similar spec.

Great laptop and a fraction of the price, i like Mac's but am considering one, as spare, from GC as they are pretty good laptops, service was excellent cannot fault. Would recommend

Apart from a slight delay in delivery due to import issues, The refurbished high spec. machine I ordered came as a 15.7" Dell, and it looks brand new. Very fast start-up, easy instructions, and with EASUS software, transferred everything off my old PC with no problems. Also very impressed with the 3 year guarantee for parts and labour which is well worth buying.

I bought a refurbished laptop as I needed quite high specs for music production and new ones to that spec were over the top expensive. The delivery was delayed by a bit due to parts having to come from China but they kept me up to date. The laptop itself is great and does the job at half the price of a new one.

Item arrived as expected. Albeit slightly delayed due to a delay with replacement parts. Laptop appears in good condition. Combined with a 3 year warranty it is not bad for the price.
