Fantastic price for a super spec refurbished PC. It looks like brand new and performs really well. wifi & bluetooth connection are brilliant, definitely not going to buy from High Street retailers ever again. I only stumbled upon gadget centre by pure chance after google search for refurbshed laptops.Read a lot of reviews online, search criteria read the one stars and work up. Guess what no 1 stars and the 2/3 star ones were stupid remarks about having to wait longer than the estimated delivery date. 4 & 5 star reviews were all good, so I then headed to the website. Reading all the way through, being able to customise to your own specs (i went top of the range on all) and the option of a three year warranty did it for me. A company prepared to offer a full up to 3 year warranty on a refurb must be pretty confident they aren't going to get many issues regarding repair/replace including parts and labour. Including the warranty the total price was less than £600 for my top spec laptop. Delivery was by DPD with a timeslot on Saturday afternoon The only problem I had was an incorrect power cable was supplied, so I emailed gadget centre, got a response just after 0800 on Monday with an apology and tracking number for DPD 48 to deliver the correct cable . Fantastic customer service, great communication and after sales service. You'll not regret buying from Gadget Centre.

I had read the great reviews but I was still slightly apprehensive about committing to a refurbished and upgraded laptop rather than a new one. I am glad I went with the reviews. There was a slight delay but it wasn't critical for me and there was an explanation. The machine I received was a Dell that looked and felt like it was fresh from the manufacturer. The upgraded performance was real and exactly as promised. The only evidence of its age was the peripheral ports and the use of USB A. I did buy a couple of converters to connect my USB C equipment. I am very happy with my purchase and having saved a viable machine from landfill. When

Great value for money for a work horse computer, works a dream good communication, slightly slower delivery than suggested but that wasn't an issue for me. The lap top looks new but obviously it's not but all the important "stuff" inside hs been upgarded so it works a treat. A great concept from a great company.

I saw an ad on Facebook for the Gadget Centre and was immediately suspicious. I always am with Facebook ads. However the video in the ad seemed genuine and indeed it was quite compelling, so I did some more checks. The result was that I ended up buying a laptop from them. I asked for their advice regarding the spec I should consider for video editing. Luke was very helpful and I was able to specify exactly what I needed. I wish I had sprung for 1tb memory instead of 500gb, but that's my problem. The laptop arrived within the estimated time frame securely packed with plenty of protection. It was a Dell Inspiron and was complete with power supply and start-up guide. It has a matt black finish and it is apparent that the Gadget Centre has wrapped it with a carbon finish, which I really like. It comes with a one year warranty, although shorter and longer guarantees are available. After ordering, i was regularly kept informed of progress and dispatch. All in all, I am highly satisfied and would recommend them without hesitation.

Got the laptop I ordered after about 10 days, so no quibbles with delivery time. It is a strange feeling waiting for something you've ordered and not knowing what's going to arrive, I needn't have worried, they sent me a Dell (no, not the singer) 15.6 laptop with the specifications I asked for. The laptop is like new, they must have replaced the skin with a new one so top marks for presentation. Compared to my old laptop this one is really fast, and it's a joy to sit down and be able to work in real time instead of "buffering" time like my old one. The laptop arrived in excellent secure packaging. As for the service and advice from The Gadget Centre, first class. Curry's/PC World wanted £1099-00 for the same spec laptop as I ordered from The Gadget Centre, I bought mine from TGC for £499-00 inc. 3 years warrantee. If you are worried about buying a re-furbished laptop (as I was, I must admit) don't think twice, these guys have sent me a laptop that is a delight to use, looks brand new and I am delighted with my purchase. I wish TGC all the luck in the world with their business, they deserve to succeed. Philip Emmerson.

8 working days from day of order to delivery for a very neat and tidy laptop, complete with all the requirements that I asked for. I have been using this for over 2 weeks without any hiccups. I would recommend this company.

I looked around for laptop for awhile and found gadget centre, I liked it was recycling and up grading, I chose everything I was looking for in a laptop and added the 3yrs parts and labour warranty, was alot easier and cheaper than I would of got going round various shops, was a bit of delay in delivery waiting on parts but arrived very well packaged and took no time to get it up and running. Would definitely recommend.

I was looking at getting a new laptop from one of the big high street retailers. I also looked at getting a refurbished laptop from the Gadget Centre. I am glad I went for the Gadget Centre. I went for the highest specs available to give me some future proofing. The laptop I received was like new and meets all my needs.
