Over the moon with the laptop well packaged and could not believe it when it arrived 3 days later. Only downside was I purchased a 64g memory stick but it's not registering in the new laptop. They are an excellent and very responsive company. When they sent the incorrect power supply, after an email exchange the correct one arrived within 24hours. As I'm 250 miles away, that is amazing

TBH I was sceptical but based on majority of reviews I took the plunge. I am over the moon with the 1st two weeks of my refurbished laptop. Previously I have bought brand new. The laptop I received is by far the quickest I have ever bought and at less than half the price. It also came in much less time than I anticipated It lacked a number keypad but again TBH that is a bit petty. I would highly recommend

The laptops are so easy to order and decide what it is that you want I had a small query and required a USBC power socket. They dealt with my query immediately explained everything that I needed to know in plain and simple terms told me what an additional charge might be for this the laptop turned up in immaculate condition and it’s been performing fantastically well above and beyond my requirements. What a great company I recommend them wholeheartedly with no reservations whatsoever.

The customer service and ease of ordering was excellent. Prior to ordering I had a few questions and the staff answered these promptly. Then from ordering to receiving my computer was really quick. At this stage I am really happy and impressed width me purchase.

I had a Dell i7 laptop which was pretty good, after 3 years it started to have problems. The Dell i7 that my husband bought me cost £900, and the graphics started playing up, it was an onboard card so it was not an easy fix or cheap. I decided to take the plunge and buy a laptop from the Gadget Centre and to be honest, it was the best thing I have done. The machine that I purchased is an i7 and is fantastic for the price, it is fast and does everything I need it to do. If you are thinking of buying a laptop look no further. Delivery was prompt and seamless. Though I have just received it, the laptop is super fast and super responsive. Plus it's really clean and looks brand new. Will observe for a few weeks and return with another review. But so far, so good. No complaints whatsoever.

I was in the market for a new laptop since my old one was on its last legs. I started browsing around and it seemed like I’d need to spend around £1000 or so to get what I wanted. I saw the Gadget Centre ads on Facebook and it looked almost too good to be true. I did some research on them and the reviews were generally very good. So I went for an Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM, 500 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, 15” Screen, and a 1 year warranty. Within the week, the laptop was delivered by DPD (great tracking) and I was blown away by what I got. I had a DELL Lattitude 5580, the casing was spotless and looked brand new. Well-packaged, complete with the charger. The machine had been set up nicely with some cool customizations in the operating system setup. They had also loaded Libre Office, which was a nice touch. I paid a total of £390 for this machine, which was an absolute steal. I can totally recommend this to anyone thinking of buying a laptop but not wanting to break the bank.

Took a chance after seeing them on Facebook. Have not been disappointed. Laptop works fine. I would have liked to choose screen size but I can work with it.
