Superb service, exactly what I wanted at an extremely good price.

Hi All, I don’t do reviews but this company has been so good I felt compelled to share. The communication and service are excellent ! The turnaround time was a little longer than advertised but December is a busy month. The spec on my machine was better than I expected. Note that these are not new, although every effort is made to provide the best possible product. The pc I received looks New with the exception that the top outer cover was professionally vinyl wrapped. I am extremely impressed and would totally recommend this company.

My old laptop was past its best and very slow, being an 83yr old I struggled to understand the Specs of building my own laptop which the Gadget centr are offering, however one email explaining my predicament quickly resolved it, Jake guided me through what I wanted in terms of the use I make of my laptop. Everything was very simple, my new Think Pad arrived within 2 weeks, and it is unbelievable, ready to use! The build of my bespoke specs laptop was completed within days and to very high standards. The communication was excellent, comprehensive and clear when they faced a sudden unexpected volume of orders and they still managed to deliver in very competitive times.

I ordered from them on the 1st of December and received my parcel within 2 weeks of ordering, it came in perfect condition and was even the largest model in the store {which I asked for during checkout}. Since it was a new company that I ordered from, there was lots of anxiety about if they were legit and if my order was even going to arrive, luckily they kept me updated on the building process and any potential delays that they were experiencing at the time. Incredibly grateful for this company, thank you so much!

Great price for a refurbished machine, which looks brand new to me !!! I was nervous about ordering from a Company that I saw win Facebook, but needn't be. I carefully checked the reviews first. It was awesome that I was able to specify the spec that I wanted, it came really quickly and is exactly what I needed. Thank you !

high spec laptop for low money , great service and always responded to my emails quickly

I ordered my laptop after reading so many positive reviews. There seemed little point buying new especially with my 3 year warranty choice and my decision was more than justified. It arrived in reasonable time (yes they are very busy - a good sign). Very pleased with it. Looks new, no marks whatsoever, and its refurbished specification will be much higher than the original. I ordered a high specification far more than my needs but the price was much lower than say a new but only adequate computer. Highly delighted.

The website was easy to navigate when ordering. The team responded quickly to my email when I needed clarification over a particular requirement I needed on a port. The computer arrived promptly and the team are easy to get through to when needed. The computer works well, looks like new and does everything I need it to do. Would recommend

The laptop received is fast and fabulous and less than half the price of devices I had been looking at with a similar spec. The set-up notes were useful, the laptop was very easy to set up and everything works slightly better than expected. When ordering the choices of components and specs is impressive. I would actually give 41/2 stars if I could, because it took much longer to arrive than advertised. When I emailed them about it, they explained the situation with large numbers of orders near Christmas and a late delivery of components. Not their fault, but I feel they could have emailed or contacted with this information sooner than they did. Overall, very happy with the new machine and service.

Being able to choose nearly everything I wanted in a laptop at a greatly reduced price was key to my decision making. Delivery took a little longer than what was quoted, but turned up well packaged and appear to be in excellent condition and with a 3 yr warranty I don’t expect any problems.

Really excellent laptop, high spec and bargain price. Looks like new, runs like a athlete. Still loading my apps (it comes with libre office but I prefer Open office, so I have loaded that). Outsatnding customer service and fast delivery.

Very happy with the laptop I bought. I went for top specification and it looks like a brand new laptop. Performance is excellent at a fraction of the cost of a new one and we are helping to save the planet. Delivery was longer than expected and communications on delivery after placing order could have been better, otherwise I would have given a 5 star

I have just received my third refurbished product from The Gadget Centre, and I could not be more pleased with the quality, service or price of their goods. One for me, one for the Parish Clerk, and a Christmas present for my wife.

When you are looking for a laptop you put in filters of what you want and then are faced with loads of options to choose from - this is like that without the need to choose at the end. Very easy to select the specification that you want and you know how much it will cost as you go. I wasn't in a rush and appreciate that it takes time to do a customized product. The only thing that I wasn't able to choose was screen size or a keypad but there is an option to add notes and I was able to make my request and get exactly what I wanted.

Great laptop very happy with it.
