Excellent customer service from Steven Williams who attended to all our questions about the sofa which we have now purchased. The floor area is very well planned out with plenty of choice and not overly expensive for the quality. I would really recommend this furniture shop especially adding to the fact that it is a local Barnstaple store serving the surrounding area.
We visited the Barnstaple store today and were immediately greeted by Martin. He was knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. He made a phone call to check stock availability, as we are needing the sofas in a short time frame. We successfully made our purchases and are very pleased with the experience shopping in this branch
After visiting other furniture stores and not finding something we like, we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of different options FW Homestores in Barnstaple had to offer. We decided to purchase a sofa set thanks to Paul J’s help talking us through the many options they had and warranty care. We will certainly be retuning for other pieces of furniture

Had a very productive shopping trip to the Cardiff store and the staff were extremely helpful. Ryan on an initial trip, where we were browsing was extremely helpful, and then on return to purchase a suite, Tim was extremely patient and attentive to both myself and my mum who was also hoping to find a suitable sofa. Great service that you don’t find many places these days. Would highly recommend.

If you want anything delivered quickly suggest you look elsewhere where. Ordered furniture end of November with delivery expected beginning of January, then end of January, then beginning of Feb and then the end of Feb, finally given a date of beginning of April. Staff at store are friendly and helpful but no communication since ordering and have had to chase up each time. Will now shop else where
I went to barnstable store to purchase a mattress Paul Jesney was very helpful in giving me information about the different mattress and then left me alone to try them all out to make a decision for myself and not being pressured.
We had a lovely experience visiting fw Home Stores today. They had an amazing choice with great presentation. The furniture looks good quality and reasonably priced with a great clearance selection. Staff were very helpful and spent allot of time with us being indecisive. Big thanks to Eddie & another gentleman (with the moustache) who was also very kind and helpful.
